Every time I try to download an app it keeps staying on "Downloading..." for several hours. Some hours later I find the notification of the installed app.
I tried:
Force closing PlayStore and Google Play Services
Clean both apps Data + Cache
Uninstalling play store update
This happens while I'm both in wi-fi and mobile data. I'm stock root, if this could help.
Any suggestions?
Does it stay on download pending??
You can try to update PS manually..
Download apk from third party sites and update it

There is an option in Titanium Backup to integrate updates of System Apps into ROM.
My play store as well as Google Services framework were updated, so I used the option in Titanium for Google Servives Framework.
Now my Play Store doesn't work and Google framework services also crash.
I have tried:
- Flashing PA Gapps again (I am on a PA ROM, I9500)
- Installing Play store and GFS separately by disabling the older ones
- Installing above on top of existing as an update, where the installations of both were successfull
However still nothing is fixed. GFS might be working as I don't get errors by apps using GFS. But I don't get push notifications.
But play store app is broken. It always shows "No internet. Retry now"
Have tried removing data, clearing cache, of the play store app.
But it just shows retry now and an option in the left to switch account.
How do I fix this.
I need completely fresh Play Store and GFS, w/o factory wipe or loosing data.
Help appreciated. thanks
New android user here
Im running lollipop 5.0.1 on Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5
Today I did a factory reset because google play was messing up a lot. After that i downloaded the apps I had before the reset only to find that apps larger than 100mb wont install on my phone.
So I searched the net for a fix and found one that seemed promising. It involved uninstalling updates and clearing cache of Google Play, Google Play Services, and the disabling and reenableing of Download Manager.
After all that it just got worse as I can't download any app from the store. I cant reupdate google play services. I also cant download from the browser.
Google play / Browser crashes every time I try to download. Then I saw from applications manager that Download Manager showed 0.00B on all aspects. Data, app, total displayed 0 bytes.
How do I fix this?
Since yesterday, Play Store on my device (Redmi Note 3 Android 6.0) stops working normally. It's like it can download apps, but just after it finish downloading, it sticks there and won't install. Installing apk files seems to be normal, just Play Store will take a very very very very long time to initiate the installation. It's like an hour after it finish downloading only it starts to install it. I've attached an attachment that shows where at stucks at. Same goes to installing new apps and updating apps.
I've tried clearing data for Play Store, Download Manager, cleared cache for Play Services, uninstalled updates for Play Store and installing the latest one, removing Google account and readd, restarting and all, seems like when it stucks there my phone is a bit laggy.
I've Google it but all I found is when it won't even start downloading. This doesn't seem to be that case. So anyone experienced this before?
When I try to uninstall apps, the package installer gets stuck at "Uninstalling [instert app name here]". When I tried to reset google play services(to try and fix another issue), "uninstalling google play services" popped up and wouldn't go away. When I try to install apps from google play, either the app won't download at all or it will download to 100% and not install. The only way to get the 100% downloaded apps to install is to close the play store and re-open it. I have tried factory resetting the phone multiple times so I'm not sure exactly what the issue is here. I haven't rooted the phone or done any other mods to it.
Thanks for any help

Issue has been solved for now. I disabled the google app and it fixed all the issues.
As mentioned in the subject, I did a Factory Reset of my Poco F1 (for the 2nd time now) and restored user apps + data from Titanium Backup.
After a second factory reset I still get a really annoying issue: when I want to install an app through Play Store, I have to click on Install, then force close Play Store, when reopening it starts downloading, then gets stuck at 100%. I then need to force close again to have Play Store installing it.
I already tried a lot of things, like clearing data for Google Play Services, Play Store, uninstalling/reinstalling Nova Launcher etc. But nothing does fix it. Any hints? Thanks
EDIT: seems like disabling bluetooth and restarting device fixes the issue. But as soon as I activate bluetooth again (which I use constantly with a Mi Band), the issue is back.
Please up
Still having this issue after factory reset without restoring anything from Titanium Backup this time and clean flash of latest MIUI 10 on Android Pie.
Whenever I want to install or update an app via Play Store, I need to force close Play Store for it to install, else it gets stuck at 100% of download and other install/updates are queued.
Thanks!

Disable Google App
I have the same problem after update to 10.3.1. What do you mean with "Disable Google App"?

Don't you have 'Google' app in your app drawer? Go to Settings>apps, touch Google and in the next screen, 'Disable'.
