I didn't find an option to select not to use 4G network,how to disable LTE?
Seems unable to do so?

Long press the mobile data toggle button and you get to the menu where you can switch your preferred network type. Same to be found under settings, more, mobile network, preferred network type
No direct 4/3G toggle switch in the system though.

Thanks for the reply,but I am just unable to find that setting（as the screenshot upon）.It seems there is no such one in mobile network menu:crying:

Few days back i have disconnected in mobile network setting use of pocket data.
Now I'm in new billing period and did go back to enable use of pocket data.
But nothing happened no H+ with arrows nothing.
I did pull battery out and turn back phone on and still nothing.
Did any one had the same problem if so what's the solution please?

Check again with your Network Carrier.
Check that you still have an APN, its correct and it's selected for use.
Phone menu / settings / wireless & networks / mobile networks / access point names
Also ensure that you haven't just selected GSM only, try Network mode "auto", if not already.
Also make sure you are not roaming.

Guys, i finally found solution for our Moto G network data issue,
Previously i was using Xperia C where i can select 2g(GSM), 3G( WCDMA) , 3G+2G option.
But in our Moto G - 2G, 3G+2G option is there but complete 3G (WCDMA) is missing this means
If we select 3G, our phone will Select 2G when our phone finds full 2G network, it will switch to 3G only when it finds full network
"Network" yup this is solution
Network app just download this from play store and enjoy complete full

help me i select WCDMA only but there is no change it shows gsm,
should i do anything aftar scrolling on WCDMA ?

Try selecting wcdma only or wcdma preferred....i always use auto mode......if it not works...then put the phn in airplane mode once and switch off then restart and try again..some times this solves network problem for me.....aftr selecting if it doesnt work u can go to settings/more/cellular networks/network mode/ wcdma only....
MAKE SURE U HAV A ACTIVE 3G RECHARGE FOR UR NUMBER WITH ENUFF BALANCE....LOL..JOKING

Unfortunately, I don't have menu item with Network Mode
I got this point only for the active SIM. Have you tried to turn off WLAN and use cellular network??

Yes, it is not shown. Screenshot shows that the data network is active on SIM1, it's 3G but Network Mode menu is absent. How can I switch it on?

I just added one more manually. Nothing changed, but Internet works.
Hey guys i bought LG V10 DUAL SIM H961N from Hong Kong.
But in Settings /network/more/mobile networks i cant see Network mode .
Did someone face this same problem??? or is there another way to change the network mode (2G/3G/4G)???

You should have that option in Setting:
Settings -> More -> Mobile Networks -> Network Mode
If you don't see that option then you can try use hidden menu. Press in the phone:
*#546368#*961#
Then:
Field test -> Modem settings -> Network mode.
You can also try use others settings, which are responsible for network.

was lucky to come across this simple way after many trials...
Go to play store and download "LG V10 hidden settings"
click on mobile network, then
Click on Network mode.
...choose your preferred network mode
(GSM/WCDMA/LTE auto)
GSM/WCDMA auto
WCDMA only
GSM only.

Hi, I just recently use LG G5 Model F700K Korean variant and I notice that it missing the network mode for switching 4G and 3G connection. I also try hidden menu but mine doesn't show network test at all. Is there any way to access this menu???
I'm on LS992 running a GSM card.
I can toggle 4G/3G by going to Settings > Mobile Data > Menu > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > "Automatic" for 4G LTE data, "GSM/UMTS" for 3G data.
Using hiddenmenu APK, I can do it by selecting Field Test > Modem Settings > RAT Selection > "GSM/WCDMA/LTE auto" for 4G LTE data, or "GSM/WCDMA" for 3G data.
However, these were not accessible to me either until I switched from Production to Lab network using the hiddenmenu APK.

My apologies, I meant to include the link but didn't save it last post. Link to the APK installation file for "HiddenmenuCall" app is in the following guide:

Essentially follow the guide and skip steps 4-6 (unlocking carrier bands, unless you want to do this too.) It will prompt you to turn on app installs from unknown sources in step 2; do so for this app and turn off after this installation is complete to keep secure.

Installed but I didn't find other option to dive into it . I can only see device test, elt test and SVC menu

i have the same issue with u with my g5..model f700L..i tried to look for an app in playstore.. named V10 Hidden settings. i downloaded it.. and theres options for mobile network.. to change network mode. u can manage networks either for 3g,wcdma, and 4g lte from there..works great with my g5..
