After wiping everything, no OS. Can't flash anything! - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I own Moto X PLay and have been using Custom roms for a while, thanks to xda-developers:good:. but recently I decided to change to new Rom(named Carbon Rom). flashed it smoothly:angel:. but after few days of working smoothly, I saw I couldn't connect my Moto X Play to PC. it doesnt show usb options in notifications. tried everything, enabling usb debugging, hard formatting, different cable and different Pcs. but nothing happened:crying:. so i thought the ROM had a bug. I decided to flash a new rom (VIPER). But I wiped everything in TWRP , system, data, cache, internal storage. I couldn't flash anything as I wiped Internal Storage. Now I couldnt connect my Phone to Pc. it shows "Couldn't recognise". TWRP Doesnt even show SD card, nor the OTG. I tried almost everything. The ADB Sideload feature also fails. . Formatted data, system in TWRP, but nothing. In Bootloader also, my PC doesn't recognise my Phone. Updated drivers, tried different cables, but all it says is, failed to recognise the device.
Please help. I have been trying everything I know since last 2 weeks. I kind of Love this Phone. I hope you'll respond ASAP.

[Q] Is my USB Fried?

Hi Everybody...
I had my phone spontaneously reboot a few days ago, and when it restarted it reported that my SD card was corrupt and needed to be reformatted, which I did. I had to restore some of my apps from the market, but everything else seemed fine. The problem I recently noticed is that my phone will no longer connect to any of my PCs via USB. It charges just fine, but will not connect so that I can transfer any files, etc. All I get is the dreaded "USB device not recognized" message when the phone is connected. Even when I manually enter download mode with the battery removed, I still get the same error.
I've tried:
Connecting to different PCs that I've used before to which I have successfully connected (one is Win7/64-bit other is XP SP3 32-bit).
Different micro USB cables.
Reinstalling the Samsung drivers on both machines.
During my researching on this, I saw the trick of removing the root hubs, but this didn't work.
Using Dropbox to transfer the files, I tried reflashing SC 2.8 ROM and the EB01 kernel, but still get the same error message.
Cleared cache / factory reset / cleared Dalvik cache
Current setup is Adryn's SC 2.8 (Voodoo) with the EB01 modem. Prior to this, I did upgrade from SC 2.6 to 2.7 to 2.7.1 to 2.8 if that matters at all.
Anybody have any ideas as to how to fix this?

[HELP] "Code 43" device not recognized

Hello! I know, I know. There are a lot of different threads according to this problem but I read almost everything and still cannot fix my problem.
A few weeks ago when I tried to charge my phone the message: Your cable is not compatible with your device. Please use the orginal HTC-cable or your phone get damaged. appeared.
until that moment I thought it doesnt matter if I use a htc cable or a cable from another brand. I mean they changed all the ports to a micro-usb-port. Just to give you the opportunity to use every cable.
Well, after that I tried to connect my phone with my computer and the HTC Car app appeared and bluetooth got switched on. WHY?
I did a factory reset and flashed my rom again. Now I can connect my HTC One with my computer and on the screen of my computer appears the message:
"Device not recognized "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
(and its unable to mount otg-usb in recovery)
I tried different cables. I tried to (un)install and update the HTC drivers. I tried different computer. I tried turning usb debugging off and on! I tried to clean the USB-pins! nothing works! :crying:
(Unfortunately I have no old backup with my new TWRP v2.6.)
I just have been abroad for 6 months and dont wanna loose all my photos and videos. Any ideas?
I think its a software issue on my phones. Maybe something with my partitions. But I dunno what I can wipe without deleting all my photos and video.
THANKS

[SOLVED][Q] [Help] Wiped Device ADB Not Working

Ok, so like an idiot I accidentally wiped my entire device when going to flash a new ROM. The old OS is gone, the new image is gone and the backups are all gone. Annoying, but not a big deal, right? Wrong. My device is no longer being recognized by the computer, at all.
I have tried ADB, ADB sideload, mounting, new drivers, old drivers, the toolkit, rewiping the device, different USB ports, different USB cables, and different computers with different versions of windows.
At every turn, I am unable to move data from the computer to the device as the following error is returned: error: device not found.
I've been working on this for several hours, and I'm not new to problems in recovery or with ADB, but I'm at the end of my rope on this one. Any and all help is appreciated.
EDIT: I managed to finally get a ROM over on the device. I don't have time to post the solution tonight but will tomorrow.
Mind to share the solution as I have been in the same dumb situation

[Q] I deleted system

I did a stupid thing today. Had issues with my P769 lagging due to different mods I have been doing. I figured I would do a nice clean install.
Rebooted into TWRP and did a full wipe. OK, that's pretty standard with me. I screwed up by forgetting to load a ROM on my SD card. Feel free to laugh, you know what's happening next. Couldn't get TWRP to do any form of mass storage mode so I can connect it to my computer so I had a moment and rebooted. Phone rebooted to the LG screen and nothing else. I can get the device to show up as a mass storage device. Not accessible. I can get into software update, set up for a kdz restore (been there, done that) gets stuck at 15%. OK, tried to update fastboot, no go. PC (Windows 8.1) doesn't recognize the omap so I can even verify drivers. I have soft bricked before and managed to come back. Any suggestions?
Try online update
Use the KDZ update tool, without all the shttps stuff. Just run the tool. Look for a 'recovery option' and use that.

installing twrp/cyanogenmod from SD card?

Hey guys I have a Samsung galaxy core that had android 4.4.4 and i managed to screw it up and now unable to reformat it from stock bootloader.. It will say it formatted and reboot into the android setup wizard but unable to finish setup because of crashes. (Hangouts, setup wizard, and keyguard all stop working) so I can't access home screen, settings, call/txt nadda.
So because of that, none of the solutions I've found work for my case (kies, adb sideload, installing twrp from store)..etc because it's hard to do any of that when it's impossible for me to enable usb debugging, changge usb to MTP, or root my phone. (Did root with kingo before I screwed things up, not sure if still rooted since I wiped it with stock bootloader.. but pretty sure usb debugging isn't enabled, and MTP doesn't seem to be working since windows can't install the driver's and kies won't detect it.
So anyway, I think my options are limited.. but I have an idea but wanted to ask here first.. I noticed in the stock bootloader there is option to install from external storage.. and I have another android phone that works.. so is there way I can put the SD card from my "bricked" phone in the working phone and install twrp and cyanogen mod on it and put it back in the bricked phone and install from that? maybe there is already a tutorial out there?
