Hi,
Yesterday I was lying on my bed, when suddenly my X10 Mini Pro died . I was just installing some apps, and then it froze for about 3 minutes. Then it shutted down. At first I tried to charge it, but it didn't do anything. The screen didn't even turn on. Then I ran SEUS, didn't work, used the flashtool, didn't work, because it didn't recognize the phone when I plug in the charger while holding the back button...
When I plug my charger in my phone the LED flashes a red light though (like when your battery is low), and after a few minutes the red light stops. When I try to power him up, the red light flashes faster (like it's battery is dead). So I thinkl it's not entirely dead.
Maybe this is a battery issue or something? Maybe my charger broke? Something else?
Please help me, I'm begging you. I can't afford a new phone, I'm broke as hell
heya, from the info you've given I don't reckon it's something obvious that caused this?
gordon's gate should force your pc to recognize your phone so it'll work with SEUS.
just install it, then open it so it says usb id's have been resetted, and connect your phone holding back button.
hope that helps you solve it
No, does not work . Really big thanks anyway.
I ordered a new battery, maybe that will solve the problem. Or is it possible my charging cable is defect or something?

If when your phone crashed battery was still good, then it is your battery. If it just went off because your battery was empty then it can be your charging cable but I doubt it.
judging from the symptoms, i think battery is the most plausible cause as well.
sorry i couldn't help tho

Battery was good when he crashed... It wasn't empty also. I'll let you know if the new battery works once I have it.
Nope, does not work..
Now I'm stuck with an extra 2430 mAh battery and a dead X10 Mini Pro. Hooray. If someone thinks he can help, please reply.
Oh wow, it suddenly worked! I'm a happy person again!
Hi everyone,
Recently I got a SE x10min pro and since it was new I didn't even get to root it, so we could say that it was intact.
Two days ago, after having charged the phone for a whole night, the battery started draining really fast up to the point that it was fully drained (lasted less that 4hs). When I got home, I tried plugging it in so it could charge and I noticed that the led wasn't turning on. I tried both, the AC and the PC method and nothing. So, I would say that it's a brick
I cannot change it because it was a gift from abroad and before taking it to SE I thought that here I could find some help. Has this happened to anyone? Is the cell really dead?
Please help :S
BTW I have tried reading different posts but I couldn't find a solution for this because I tried pushing the back key and plugging it to the pc and nothing. I also tried pressing the power ker+center key and nothing.
Have you tried to plug it into the mains charger and leave it on charge for some time ? ive seen people posting about similar problems before and one of the fixes is to leave it charging for quite a while
By now it has been charging from the AC for almost 2 days non stop and no changes
Thanks anyways
Omething obviously fried the battery.
Try a new one?
Hi, thanks for the answer. I though about the battery being the problem and I am going to try it out asap but shouldn't the device turn the led on anyways? I just don't want to spend money on a new battery for my brick.
Do you know about that?

Maybe i got the same problem, about the LED turning on.... It might need a little bit of your battery, since it´s dead it can´t turn on the LED. I found a couple of threads on other forums talking about connecting our battery to the wires of an old charger, some kind of a electroshock

Yes, i have unplugged the battery connector, connecting usb and repluging it while pressing the Back button, also i've tried plugging it after a few minutes rest, neither work.
How could i know if my battery is dead?

Tried leaving it for a few hours charge?
Turned off.

I´ll try to find out what is what in the connector in terms of + and - .
To measure it .
I leave it charging all night, i've tried with another USB cable and doesn´t work. Maybe i will go to a service center on a few days... But i wanted to do it by myself
Sorry dude.

Got a new then?
Expensive?
Got a link?
Sorry, no link, i went to an underground service center, they said my battery was definitely dead and they sold me another Mini's battery, from a broken phone, for $25 USD. I was happy. BUT TODAY I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM!! MY PHONE IS DEAD AGAIN!! I suppose there is another problem that burn, kill, overcharge or something else my battery. Got no warranty with S.E. I don´t know what to do.

Hi all,
I opened my brand new SGS2, put in the battery and plugged in the charger to the phone and started charging. First i was confused (coming from a nokia) because there was no indication of charging.
The indication appeared some 10 minutes later in the form of a flashing battery icon that disappeared after some time.
Now it has been a couple of hours and the battery icon is gone and nothing happens when i press the power button - i.e my brand new Samsung Galaxy S2 is not even starting!!
Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it? Does it just need a good long charge? Frankly, im quite terrified after having sunk in a lot of money for this phone.
(i hope my phone (or battery) is not a lemon and i'm just being a mega-noob )
Please, please, please help!!!
Thanks in advance
There're surely something not working correctly.
Don't know if it's the phone itself, the battery or the charger.
Try removing the battery and putting it back again and check it is placed correctly as well as the cable, charger and wall plug.
Normally the big battery icon should appear few seconds after you plug the phone into the charger.

I did see the icon, but now its gone and the phone is not starting.
My only hope is to keep it on charge overnight and hope for a miracle by tomorrow :|
Guess will take the phone to the service center tomorrow. Nightmare this is
Thanks anyways, man

I know that is something stupid to say but have you tried charging another phone with the same charger, or check if you have power in your wall?

Just wondering. Did you long press the power button when trying to boot the phone? A quick tap on the power button won't boot it. You have to hold it for just a second or two to register.

This. When I got mine I just gave the power button a quick press as this worked fine on my Nexus One, but the S2 seems to need a long press to boot.
may be a software probs !!! try flashing with anyother ROm !
To see the battery charging icon you should press home button on the bottom.
To power on you should press power button on the right for about 3 seconds.

Mine is a ***** to turn on with charger plugged in.
Try taking charger out. Then hold power till you see logo. Only a few seconds.

will have to do that only, i guess
Turn the phone off and remove the battery for about a minute and then try.

i did it for 3 seconds, then 5 seconds and 10 seconds too. Nothing. Yesterday it was showing the flashing battery icon for quite some time. I went to sleep thinking, finally it is charging but then when i woke up it is dead.
I read somewhere that the battery charging icon is actually discharging the phone?
Dont fiddle with it anymore. Just exchange it from where you bought it.
Yeah, with charger plugged mine usually decides it likes to stay asleep then powering up.
And w/o anything attached I usually have to "beg" (=hold power button) for like 10 to 15 seconds sometimes until I see the bootsplashlogo.
Nothing that's bothering me, one just have to know it takes a while.

It not do nothing.... the problem i think its the battery is not charged and phone not charge it. So, any things i can do need battery...
Anyway thanks guys, i can do 2 things: or give it to assistance or buy a new phone
Ok guys, i found the problem: hold down the power+ vol buttons should fix the problem , but i have battery at 0%. The only thing that i non unterstand is that when a phone have 0% battery for real it have 5% that is saved for emergency and fox not damage battery. Why it not turn on?
Ok, i tried to disassembly, but i think i break something... i will buy a new phone... but i am really bad... Guys anyway i will develop for this device....

Solved!!! Removed battery and reinsterted now its charging!
hi guys i plugged my phone in original EU wallcharger at 9pm with battery status 51%, unplugged it at 1:30am(after 4.5hours) after that when pressing power button it was showing poco f1 logo + discharged battery logo at the same time it blinks and shutdown
now is completely dead zero reaction for any keys combination
Can i try do anything or should send it on warranty?
I haven't heard of this happening with an F1 before, but it happened to my old Moto g5. I suggest you leave it discharged for a while to fully run down then plug it in with the phone powered down for 3hours or so.
See if it will power on then
With the g5 I read that some battery protection feature was prone to triggering - with time it would reset
Good luck!
Try recharging it again, use different cable+wall plug.
Try powering on whilst plugged in to charger to check what's happening.
If not improving then it's obviously not normal, maybe a battery failure. Try to backup files if possible and get replacement under warranty.

Are you sure you turned ON the switch after plugging the charger. It happened to me as well. After leaving the device in charge for an hour, I realized I didn't even turn on the switch from the main board.

Put your phone on a charger, wait ~5 minutes, then hold and press volume up + volume down + power key for a good 20 seconds, it should reboot to os

Yes. So what we do is, we first insert the charger in the plug and then we turn on the switch which is located just beside the plug point. The plug point will only start passing electricity once we turn on the switch.
Any update?
Completely dead....
All solutions didnt work, thanks for help guys.
