Todaty I discovered a weird bug. Whwn the animation is set to 0.5, turning on and off the night sheild will get it back to 1 again

I am having a problem, I get a tv stream from a site and no matter what I set the screen auto dim ( On or Off) it goes dim in a minute or 2 then screen shuts off . But if I watch a show on hulu it doesn't shut off the screen at all even with the auto dim feature on. Weird that it used to work before I updated to 3.0.4. You guys have any ideas?
Same happens even if i am charging the pad while watching the stream.
I noticed this from the day I bought it but it was only happening while playing games so I just figured it was a quirk in the game. But last night it started happening while web browsing and going through menus. The screen's brightness will increase/decrease at seeming random.
Auto-brightness is off, I had the screen on the lowest setting with IPS+ off and set to performance mode. Is there something in the menus I may have checked that would cause this or is it a bug?
no it's not a bug. I think its called dynamic display quality. some sort of method they use to save battery even more so. its never a drastic change. it does this gradually. I always leave auto brightness off and brightness never more than 20%. I don't even notice mines doing it as much any more. try a reboot just to clear things out. a reboot every now and then is good for the device.
Is there any way to turn it off? Seems strange for it to still happen while plugged in. Only reason I want to turn it off is because I was browsing the web with the lights off and it kept going brighter to where it was hurting my eyes.
When the screen is turned on, I think, there is some sort of animation:
The transition from always on ambient to screen on, it appears to be somewhat slow.
I saw on another smartwatch (probably sony SW3) that this can be much faster.
Is there a way to speed this up?

after upgrading my A3 with Android 10 (EU Version) by OTA standard upgrade I also have the issue that the display brightness is often reduced to a very low level even if the brightness automatic is set off and manually set to 100% or 90%. Typical case is when putting the phone after short usage in "stand by" via the power button and then pressing the power button again for reactivation and then the display turns on on amuch lower brightness then before.
Normally i can log in and then switch manually the brightness from high to low again to high level which will give full brightness back. But doing this is really anoying and yesterday i recognized that outside with sunglasses on i cannot read or do this procedure because the phone seems to be of/dark.
So is there a fix for this display problem?

As title says. Suddenly my phone started to turn to green/matte/muted without contrast and very faint colours. Takes a while, like 4 or 5 minutes, but it goes back to normal while doing some kind of vsync (you can see how it forces the grey scale back to normal as some kind of vsync error). Some icons with pure black background appear with the proper contrast and colours (!!!) and If I switch auto brightness to off doesn't happen [UPDATE: now it's permanent] - No root, updated to last 2022 march patch.
Any solutions?

EDIT: after 12 hours of partial use I've identified the green tint behaviour, it happens when the light sensor tries to adapt the screen brightness. If low = perfect colours, if high = perfect colours. All the in between = green tint.
