Finally we got Global Stable MIUI11 with Android 10 on our Mi 9T Pro.

When I was downloading it about 25 minutes ago it was pretty quick, about 10 minutes took to download it. If they pushed OTA to all the users of Mi 9T Pro at once it could cause some congestion or slower download but I believe you'll download it in half an hour.

I don't know. I'm doing some backup so I could immediately factory reset my phone after I update to MIUI11. I know I don't need to but I always do factory reset after major updates.

I have the redmi k20 pro, xiaomi.eu beta miui 11. I've tried to install this global rom but no luck, it gives immediately an red error. I've formated system, vendor and all the others but can't install it. Any help?

I downloaded the rom a couple of days ago when people were saying that it was a beta and it's the exact same file as this one provided in OP

Yes happened to me as well. I just downloaded the above link in the OP. Updated to MIUI 11 ( locked BL, fully on stock)
without any fear you can update

Look man, I got that link from my log while downloading Global (non-beta)stable MIUI 11 from OTA. I don't know is it the same one as beta link from other thread but ROM from my link was stable and not beta and it worked.
Xiaomi did something so even people who got the same ROM from OTA(not my link) but didn't updated it right away and waited more than 6 hours couldn't update it and it showed in Updater like there is no newer version than 10.3.3.0 so they had to redownload ROM from my link to update to MIUI 11.
I think Xiaomi wanted to calm down some number of people by changing the same ROM from beta stable to stable for about 6 hours and after that they turned it again to beta stable and it was useless if someone doesn't have beta authenticated Mi account.
For some people this ROM still works but I think those are only the people who were intended to get this OTA(even if they don't have beta auth. Mi account) but didn't downloaded it while it was declared as stable.
So blame Xiaomi for this mess, don't blame me.

I explained everything literally 3 posts above your post. It looks like it is beta which Xiaomi declared as stable for 6 hours yesterday and after that they declared it as beta again. Xiaomi probably did that to calm down some Mi 9T Pro global ROM users because they are pissed of by the fact that MIUI 11 global ROM is still not coming to Mi 9T Pro and deadline was 12th of November while some devices got it even before they should(like Redmi Note 8 Pro which should get MIUI 11 in december or older Xiaomi devices which should get it next year).
Here you can clearly see that people who got this update yesterday got it as stable and not beta stable:
