Hello everyone. So a few months ago, I bricked my Huawei Mate 10 pro BLA-AL00 by flashing the wrong firmware. I managed to put the phone into com1 mode and use idt to unbrick the device. Once again I tried another version of firmware and once again bricked my phone. This time idt gave me an error 39 when trying to flash the same board firmware I used before. Now a couple months later, I tried to flash the board firmware again and I still got the same error 39. I don't know what I am doing wrong as idt was able to flash the board firmware the first time. Did I cause some hardware damage or shorted another pin by accident when putting the phone into com1 mode? Any help would be appreciated!
Below is the error log I get:

Did you resolve it?, I have the same problem
I solved error 39 by uninstalling the device in device manager completly with all the drivers, then installing the huawei com port driver.
Disable the automatic driver updating of windows.
Then uninstall the device with all drivers. Reconnect the phone.
It should show up as an unknown device with no drivers.
Right click the device or the sub-device.
Click propertiers. Go to drivers. Click "update drivers". Now you should see a list of device categories. Pick ports (com & lpt).
Then, in the list of drivers, look for "Huawei USB COM 1.0" (or something like that) and select it.
Now your phone should be recognized in device manager under ports (com & LPT). If not, reconnect to computer.
Now that the right driver is installed:
Disconnect the phone, open it up and disconnect the battery connector.
Bridge the testpoint and while keeping it bridged, plug in the usb cable into the phone.
Now open IDT make the usb map and try.

I uninstalled the Port com &lpt but still showing me error 39. Do you mean uninstall everything with graphics driver
The problem of this error (if not your USB port or your USB cable) is the wrong driver. You have to manually install the Huawei USB COM 1.0 driver. Please search it in google. If you haven't an installation setup, but a zip folder conatining the driver files, you have to manually install the driver via device manager. As said, uninstall the huawei phone in device manager with its drivers (not ALL your drivers, I mean the phone only). Then go in device manager to actions and "add legacy device" (afa i remember). Add a new PORTS (COM & LPT) device. Then chose drivers manually and chose the installed huawei usb com 1.0 driver. Reconnect your phone and it should be recognised as this port (com & lpt) device. Now try with IDT.

Boot issue (failed "claim resource", "platform device creation","controller version")
Simply put, after I install RemixOS and reboot, I get stuck on a screen with the "Android x86" logo and error messages. Is anyone familiar with this problem?
I'm sorry, since I'm a new user I cannot post a link to an album of pictures, but here is the nonhyperlinked album hosted on imgur. imgur.com/a/zau2F

First of all, as we all know, ZTE Blade V880 is an ancient phone. I did this just for fun.
My laptop is a 4th gen Intel platform (haswell), which has both EHCI and xHCI.
After plugging my Blade into the laptop, I found that fastboot cannot function. If it's plugged into the USB3.0 port, the device manager complained "code 10" (it was recognised as "Android Bootloader Interface" made by "Marshall London Device"), while it's plugged into the USB2.0 port, the error code was "code 43", with a message of "enumeration of BOS descriptor failed". (in this case it's just cataloged into abnormal USB device, lol)
After some googling (thanks to the code 43 actually!), I found that a registry hack of SkipBOSDescriptorQuery works. However, ironically, this fix only works on USB3.0 ports, which didn't throw "code 43" at all.
Steps:
1. Plug the phone into the USB3.0 port
2. Open the device manager, find out the hardware ID (vendor id and product id, aka VID and PID). For my Blade it was VID_18D1 PID_D00D REV_0100
3. Open regedit, locate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\usbflags\18D1D00D0100 (see, it's [VID][PID][REV])
4. Create a DWORD value named "SkipBOSDescriptorQuery" and then change its value to 1
5. Done, just unplug and replug the USB cable once again, then it should work.
