I am creating this thread with the purpose of helping as many people as possible
with the installation and configuration of the GCam app.
I want to clarify that I am a normal user and not a developer,
so I can do only the configurations.
Let's start with the version to download and install:
- MGC_8.1.101_A9_GV1r Link GCam 8.1.101_GV1r
At the moment it is the most stable and configurable, but it has problems, for example:
- "Phosphorescent green" or "totally black" colors may appear where there is a strong light or strong difference in illumination
(usually happens at night with street lamps or various lights);
-Focus not fully functional, but quite usable;
-Noise in the photos and little effectiveness of the noise correction (this could be solved with a better configuration);
-HDR not as effective as that of the Sony app (reduced dynamic range in GCam, possibly fixable with better setup).

Because in the native app you cannot change the parameters of the photo processing algorithm (you can only take the raw photo and edit it later).
For example 2 things I don't like about the native app:
1) Daytime photos are often overexposed;
2) The photos are all soft in detail (while using the GCam you can get sharper photos).
Let me be clear, I believe the native app is very valid, I simply want to have a valid alternative as is the GCam on other devices

Yup! It works! But in viewfinder is ugly as hell XD
