Ever since I downloaded the newest Zepp app onto my android phone, when I want to answer a call on my phone instead of my Amazfit watch, I have to toggle off bluetooth on my phone in order for people to hear me. Did not have to do this with the old Zepp app. How can I fix?

My G Watch 6.0.1 don't mute notifications of my LG G2, the option in the wear app is active, but work only for a short time.

I had a problem using stock Lollipop on a LG phone that calls weren't muted, but notifications always worked fine. I've upgraded to CM13 and now both work OK.
Make sure the Bluetooth connection is working all the time, if it breaks then the phone won't be muted, of course...
If you still have problems, you can try resetting your watch and pair and configure it all over again. If you do, you can also try to deleted Android Wear app data to make sure everything is configured brand new.
I've just bought an Amazfit pace (international version) and love it. One thing I keep seeing in online forums is that it supports audio lap alerts when running and connected to a bluetooth headset. I cannot get this to work on mine and cannot seem to find a definitive answer on whether or not this actually works. I've only ran twice with the watch (both times playing music via bluetooth earphones and leaving my phone at home) but just get a vibration and an on screen message showing me my pace for the last km. (I've turned on the Lap Alert setting).
Is there anything I'm doing wrong or does this feature actually exist?
Also just to add to this, I noticed the pace alert only seems to work if I have my wrist raised (backlight turns on). Should this not always work?

The watch was working perfectly until yesterday when I realised that I wasn't hearing any notification sounds. I checked the sound & volume settings & nothing was muted. To confirm I had my wife call me & during the call she could hear me but I couldn't hear a single sound from the watch's speaker. The watch has never gotten wet in the circa one month I've owned it.
Apart from this the watch is a perfect replacement for my PACE & is fulfilling the purpose I bought it for ie fitness tracking.
Can any one help me figure out what is wrong with the watch before I try and see if Xiaomi Pakistan will honour the warranty of Xiaomi UAE?

When i calling to someone straight from watch i can heard it as normal call, if someone calling to me and i answering - i can't heard it, in caller phone at this moment is still ringing sound. This is probably update 3.2.3.0 issue/bug. Amazfit reported about it. As i saw Amazfit enough fast fixing problems, when was problem with double tap on screen probably update out very fast about 2 week later. So wait patience before you will do something extreme with yours watch like brining to authorized services Also try restart yours smartphone and see is any problem with Amazfit Watch app, version 2.7.2 after reboot of smartphone force closing, in screen is warning about that. Sometime restarting notifications permission and ect. Need to add it again. I already updated this app to 2.9.0 which you can find in https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/huami...ase/amazfit-watch-2-9-0-android-apk-download/ and all problems with that gone. I am sure it's issue/bug of software, so if you can straight from Amazft Watch app (i using android) report Amazfit about this problem too, coz if will be more report about this problem, Amazfit faster maybe will fix it

This is Amazfit update issue/bug. Amazfit must to fix that with future updates
the sound bug was fixed in the latest OTA of the Verge, the cracking/distorted sound
Turned out to be an unrepairable hardware issue with the speaker. Received a replacement today & so far so good.

Probably yours problem was different as mine. I can listen music, to talk when i calling from watch to caller and others sounds is available, just when calling to me and i answering from watch i can't heard caller which still heard ringing sound. That's happen after update.
Help guys. Did you encounter such a problem: when I call or someone calls me, the opponent hears his speech twice, when I turn off bluetooth, everything is fine (not immediately but after a few seconds). I have OP5 with the latest firmware (the same situation with beta firmware). I tried to disable some of the permissions (such as calling from a watch (why is it in there, if there is no such function?)) But hsd no luck, the problem remains. Watch with firmware 2.3.10.5. Amazfit and Amazmod are on my phone.
LG G6 no problems and never heard about.
So it is probably connected with OP5.
Have you tried connect your watch to another phone to test behavior?
Have you tried if this problem occurs when using another BT device? (Another smartband or bt headphones or smt)
Maybe you can try f reset your phone + watch and test behavior with (only) clear stock amazfit app before getting both amazmod apks?
Already solved the problem. It was in the phone itself. The problem was that the hole between rear camera ant flash was covered with the dust, I have cleaned it and everything works fine.

I recently got my 4th watch from Amazfit, and like all of the previous watches, silent button for incoming call does not work at all. I think this is because I have an iPhone and there is no good integration between Amazfit watch OS and IOS. So I am here asking if anyone ever figured out how to make this possible or working?
I currently have Amazfit GTR 47mm.
