Allview c6 keeps bootlooping - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have an old allview c6 that bootloops when i try to do anything on it
When i try to enter normal mode ,fastboot mode or recovery mode it bootloops
Whenever i try charging it it also bootloops and also when connecting it to a pc it behaves like i take out the usb and put it back in repetably while bootlooping
I can enter fastboot/recovery/normal selection screen by pressing the power button along with the up volume but when i select any option it bootloops
When i am in the selection screen the pc does not recognize the phone
The repair shops tell me it's a motherboard issue and at this point i'm inclined to belive them but i thought i'd check to see if there was another solution
sorry if i posted in the wrong thread i didn't know where to post

Extra Unbrick Tip

Hey, please make this a sticky(just in case someone else is freaking out like I was). I had the CWM boot loop issue and was not able to get ADB working on my device. I ended up uninstalling the device/driver and using a proxy Android Device to get it in, then reinstalled the Asus drivers. After that, it worked! Not sure if it works for every one BUT it was at least a good thing..
P.S. DO NOT USE REBOOT IN TO RECOVERY, IT'S DANGEROUS. TURN DEVICE OFF AND GO IN TO RECOVERY BY PRESSING VOLUME DOWN AND POWER, THEN VOLUME UP WHEN PROMPTED!
What thread were you posting on? I'm curious.

Bricked phone, please help!!

Hey guys, I was being careless unfortunately and installed the wrong kernel and now my phone is in a black screen boot loop. I don't know how to fix this as I can't get into download mode or recovery mode to flash my back up or even factory reset. Can anyone please help me out? This is the first time this has happened, and now I'm really freaking out! Thank you for your help.
Can your computer see it, in ADB? Or Odin?

And as long as there is some sign of life it is not bricked, more like sponged.
Try to force download mode by:
Open Odin
Hook up the phone without the battery
Hold Vol Down + Home (Don't hold power)
Insert the battery still holding Vol Down + Home

Download Mode and bootloader

Hi guys! I've been having problems with my Mega. My phone works really fine. I just got it the other day. But whenever I try to go to download mode or recovery I only get a blank screen but I know that it goes to download or recovery because my phone could detect it. I've been reading some forums that I have to reflash the bootloader of my phone so I could fix that error. Does anyone here confirm this and could anyone provide me a flashabble copy of the bootloader? Thanks!
Here's what I found on the other forums:

Your problem sounds similar to this one. I assume when you say 'blank screen' that the screen is powered on?
Power off the phone, hold down VolUp + VolDown + Power for 4 to 5 seconds. Then release ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Now press Volume Up. Now hopefully you will be in download mode even if you can't see that you are. If it doesn't work try it again a couple of times. The reason that you have to press Volume Up is that a warning screen is actually displayed before the phone lets you into download mode.
The phone will give you no other indication that its in download mode and won't 'recognise Odin' when not in download mode. Make sure you have Samsung USB drivers (comes with Samsung Kies) installed on your PC.
Oh yeah and by the way the thread I've linked to suggests you have to reflash the bootloader to fix the 'blank screen' problem.

Oukitel WP17 won't go into fastboot

Hey guys, I've an oukitel wp17 and I can't boot into fastboot/recovery or system, it just stays in the Oukitel logo for eternity.
I've tried key combinations :
Power + Volume UP for Fastboot - Just boots into Oukitel logo screen and stays there
Power + Volume Down for Recovery - Does the same
Any ideas? I can't even find the phone in adb devices/fastboot devices

i wanted to install twrp on my sm a725f, but i used sm a725q twrp since there isnt one for a725f. i flashed it using odin. (my bootloader is unlocked). i tried power button and volume key down. i get to the unlocked bootloader screen. i press ok and continue. i holded both volume keys to get on odin mode but it gets into twrp. i have looked into forums and found that i should let my battery drain and then the volume keys, but the battery wont drain fast from recovery. is there anything i can do?
