Xda IIs Clear/Hard/Aluminium case? - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 Accessories

I am looking for a case with which i can see the pda sceen while it is inside the case, anyone got any ideas? I do not like the style of the Piel Frama Cases, dunno why, dont get on with them. Any hard case would do really, but preferably clear.
You can get them for the XDA II but it would seem you cant yet get any for the IIs.
Thanks in advance for any help/links
Eddie

I wrote Proporta...
to let me know when they would do them

cool! keep us informed!

I also wrote the owner of innopocket.com and he is working on an alluminum case as well.

It has arrived! The Aluminium Case at www.innopocket.com! I ordered one and it should be here on thursday!!!

Hey guys,
A week or two ago I emailed Proporta regarding their cases, to see if they'll be designing Crystal (hard clear plastic) or Silicone cases for the Blue Angel: Here was the question and their response:
----------
Q: Do you have plans to produce a Crystal Case and/or Silicone Case for the HTC Blue Angel series of devices, also known as the PDA2k, XDA IIs, MDA III, etc.?
A: Thanks for your mail.
It is difficult to give you any kind of solid dates at this stage. Those products are currently in the early stages of development. Typically development takes between six and eight weeks. I have made a note of your comments and have kept your email address on file so that we can contact you as and when they become available. We'll direct you to the website for images and your opportunity to pre-order.
Thanks for your interest.

Look for an eNovo case from EBCases soon

Got an email from them that stated they are working on a case for the HD. They are a USA based company and make some really nice slipper/flip cases and pouches. Their belt clip is, without a doubt, the best out there.
Check them out:

They do ship worldwide.

Hey, do me (us) a favor and email them to "step it up" and make a case for it. They tend to be a little reluctant to make cases for phones/pda's not available in the USA. If we all express a desire for one they might actually make one and move a little quicker.

Slim Case & Car kit

Hi
anyone seen a slim case or a Car kit for the Liquid on the internet?
or do you have any expereances with anternative products?
thank you
ps.: Hope the liquid will get more pupular...then we'll see more Accessories
edit: Hi
I've found s.th. interesting. Unfortunatliy shipping to Germany is too expensive, but for Acer users in the US it could be a possible solution

anyone tried yet?
Here I am,
Although I am not the users of S100, but to answer your questions about PDair.
Feel ease to use their products, I took order twice before - done well to follow your order and the product are really durable - this is the important part for me.
But,seems limit options for Liquid S100 :

HTC Titan - Cases/Shells?

Hi,
does any of you spotted quality cases/shells for the HTC Titan x310e somewhere?
Contacted Case-Mate to know if the ones for the Sensation XL work for the Titan but they said no. (Probably because of the round border on the Android ones).
Thanks.
Would be good if we had a titan sub forum for this sort of question

Yah, the number of Titan related questions and the increasing amount of owners warrants its own forum already.
I got my case from ebay.
Its a very good fit.

Others suggestions? I live in canada and either the seller doesnt ship to where i live, or there is a 15-25days delay for a single cover.
Any suggestion from US/Canada?
Thanks in advance!
Still no titan sub forum, although another new android one I notice, is this now android developers? ;-)

Does the job but there is a small problem with charging the phone
The case is so thick that the mini USB plug is too short, which means every time you want to charge your phone you have to take it out of the case or take the phone out of its original case (like the way getting access to battery/sim)... and loose the signal.
I like this one. Inquired if one is in the pipeline for the Titan.

Weird ... because I got not at all this problem ; all is ok with plug-in micro-USB slot , I never take the Titan off the case since I installed it
Are you sure it's the same case ? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320749362244
But I have to cut the thin part to access easily to sound ans camera buttons (on the right size), very easy to do :
And now I'm totally satisfied with this case , good protection, and not thick at all
In general, I bought Vaja or Piel Frama (a lot more expensive !), and even if this one is not of the same quality (it's not leather) it does perfectly the job. Don't know if I'll change for one of those when they made a case for Titan ...
I found a good leather horizontal one from "eden park" brand. I will post a photo later from my PC.

Inquired PowerSkin. It is not in the make of yet, but are considering it. One is already available for the HTC Sensation, but won't fit the Titan.
I found these by PDAir ... they also sold product on amazon. It seems really nice but I can't find any review. People on the net seems to complain a lot about their shipping which can take up to 20 days. Sorry I am not allow to post link yet. But do a search on Amazon or google PDAir and they have several products.
I bought a Noreve HTC Titan Tradition leather case (http://www.noreve.com/langue/en/product/HTC_Titan_Tradition_leather_case.html)
I will make a test for you and some photos when I receive it
Can someone please post more photos of their Titans with Cases? Thanks.

Case-Mate Tough

I am in the ATL and got a chance to run by Case-Mate's headquarters today. Got some good info. they have altered all of their Galaxy S2 cases to have 1 cutout on the top and they are now universal for the AT&T model and the European model. They have the POP cases and Tough cases ready to go. The website was not updated yet though.
I grabbed a Tough Case today. I was surprised to see it is actually thinner than the Pop and the Otterbox Commuter (they had one for comparison). It has nice rounded edges and great feel in the hand. I have tried the AGP, Ballistic, Pop and Belkin and none of them worked for me. This one seems to hit the spot. I will try and post pics later.

Guys, just call them on their 800 #. They have a whole team of CSRs that will process your order right away. I went into the call center and they handled my order for me. That is the reason for my post. They have hem available now with the large cutout on top. All their GS2 cases are now modified. I saw black and white Pop cases modified, Tough Cases modified and the Barely Theres are already ok.
I like it better than the Otterbox for this phone. The rest of my family all have Defenders for their IP4s. I am a huge Otterbox fan. I tried the Tough for my Inspire and IP4 and did not like it nearly as much as the Commuters for both of those phones. The GS2 Tough is a different story. I like it much better than the Commuter. Its thinner and has better grip. Fit is awesome.
I am on the road traveling and cannot take any pics because the SGS2 is my only camera. I guess I could takes pics of just the case an upload them.
pics of just the case will do! thanks!
I just called and also did the live chat online and both people told me that they won't be available until early November .

Here are a few pics. The case is awesome. I have been using it on the phone while traveling and its working out great. Had a co-worker comment on the fell of it when I handed him my phone. Buttons are easier to press than without the case. The case is fairly hard to install since it is so form fitting. Surprisingly it does not add much bulk.
To the poster above that contacted them. Sorry but you got an uninformed rep. The only way we figured this out was by physically getting the cases from their warehouse. I ask them to bring out the cases so I could see if I could alter them to make them work with my phone. To her surprise and mine, they already were set up to work for the AT&T versions. Pics prove it below and I did not touch this case. Hopefully you can tell. No reason to lie.

I talked to a rep and I also talked to a person in live chat, so I got two of them that are uninformed. I also sent them an email again making sure. I want to make sure I am sent the right one the first time. I am going to email them again. Do you mind if I use your picture for reference in my email?
My GF got a pink "Pop!" and it was for international version so she called and got the same sort of response. That they don't and won't have any cases except the ones that are at the AT&T store because they signed an exclusivity agreement to only sell the cases in stores or some BS. Bottom line is that they fed her the same thing, no cases for the AT&T SGS2 for a while. Whatever. Case looks good though bud, I might get one of those when they do come out to replace my Pop! as it is just a little big.
I don't mind if you use my pic at all. I will say after reading abacon15's post, I am beginning to wonder if I was the one that had the uninformed rep. She may have sold me a case she was not supposed to sell.
One more thing, my case came in the normal green and clear Case-Mate box. It was not AT&T branded packaging. No screen protector though. Not sure if it should have had one of those. I haven't looked on the website.

I get my upgrade in December and am looking to get the Galaxy S 2. I am using a Tough Case on my Inspire and love it. It has proven itself to as an extremely good case. I had it drop and hit concrete 5 times and the only thing it did was put a crack in the polycarbonate hardshell right next to the flash. I also work with tires all day and I would need this case for protection.

Vaja cases

Hey guys, I've always loved the awesome leather cases made by Vaja (here are their GS4 cases) but they seem to not really support the Note series beyond one case for the OG Note. Considering many of us are looking to replace or cover the faux leather back with something more authentic, I thought you guys might help contact the company and ask that they support our device. Here is the contact page. Even if these cases aren't exactly your thing, more options and support for the phone are always good!
Got an email response this morning
Thank you for contacting Vaja. Unfortunately, At this time there are no plans to manufacture a line of cases for the Note 3. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Yeah, but they will churn out more stuff for the CrApple phone.
I emailed them about 3 weeks ago and they responded that they were not making a case for the GN3.
However, because of that response I was able to keep looking and found Trim Leather.

And they are definitely making one :victory:
