Yup - Jeyo works well Very pleased with it - may even part with cash for it...
Hm...
Well, I tried to install both Jeyo products (Mobile Companion and Outlook Extender) and both of them didn't work. As I read in their forums (in case the link in the main menu [Support > Forum] doesn't work: http://www.jeyo.com/forum/index.php), I'm not the only one. Especially Windows 98 seems to be a problem...
I don't want to discredit Jeyo, but user comments like "i haven't receive any registration codes till now. And also I was charged twice the amount of this software" or "I have emailed support and had no response. [...] will be contacting handango for a refund. This product does not work on my PC or phone." definitly keep me off trying further installations.
Just my own thoughts...

[Q] Need help with SMS and MMS back up and restore, Thanks

Hi everyone,
I tried to search from the forum to get my answer but I dont seem to able to get a complete answer.
My question is the HTC Messaging Client is suck. Its lagging and lagging.. Im looking for a solution to back up all the sms and mms(around 2000+) then restore it to a third party messaging client.
1st, I tried to use Microsoft my phone but this doesn't syn mms.
2nd, Which third party messaging client is suit for my needs.(can handle thousands and thousands sms and mms without lagging)
3rd, How do I put everything together, I have to admitted this Im not good at this.
Or anyone know any news from HTC that they will make a update to improve their messaging client? Is the 1.72 the very last update rom or we can see the 1.8x come out soon?
Many many thanks
PIM Backup.

[Q] Read and send multiple SMS from desktop PC with HD2 connected via USB

Is there an app that can do this. My old Nokia could broadcast a sms to multiple recipients. I use mymobilier but limited to few recipients at a time.
I would like an app on the PC that can send out a text message via my o2 HD2, example, “No training to night due to heavy snow” to up to 100 mobile numbers from a text list.
Any suggestions
my spec Vista 32, HTC HD2 win6.5
Set up a group on your device and then use MyMobiler to type the text.
Vodafone do a SMS app which integrates with Outlook on your PC - but not sure if it includes what you want.

I used to be able to use Mymobiliser, but for some reason my HD2 won’t send sms to more than 3 persons at a time. also creating a group is not the best as the contact numbers are held on a database. Ideally I would like a standalone application than ran on my PC and could send SMS message via my phone connected with the USB, like old Nokia software did.
One long shot option is to buy an old nokia phone, swap out sim cards and use their pc suite.

85. Increase the Number of Allowed Recipients in Group SMS
The max number of defualt contacts to send a group SMS is 10. You can change it to 50 by using this tweak:
HKLM\Software\Jataayu\Messaging\MaxRecipients
Change from 10 to 50
Try this
SMS Control Center might do want you want. There are paid and ad-supported versions.
It works for me with a HD2, Windows XP and ActiveSync.
I can't post links so you'll need to google for SMS Control Center.
Cheers

Ok this product is looking good so far. hated the ads so "donated" $5 (£3.10) if it is solves my problems, would be worth every penny. it
I have tred Try Efficasoft Mobile Express in past, not sure of version and it crashed often.
and i need more than 50 recipients.
So will try this SMS Control Center and if it works nice.
SMS Control Center did not work, had error and crashed when trying to send sms to more than a few people at a time. I have sent the developer the error file and he is looking into it.
Also I looked at the registery solution and it is already set to 100.
Yet somehow I cannot add more than 4 UK mobile number to the “address bar” of the sms window, yet on my old XDA orbit2 can add 100.
Search continues, but for now I will switch sim card to old xda orbit to when I need to send out bulk text messages.
