Being in Pakistan, my only option was to get a friend to get a phone for me by mid-November when they come down here... and since they're in the States, i told 'em to get HTC HD7...
But i was surprised today when i caught the HTC Mozart in a shop here at a local shop!!! It's Orange branded but unlocked and fully packed... he got one for himself and the other to sell at the store...
The moment i saw it, i just couldn't resist... rushed back home, called my cousin to confirm he hadn't picked the HD7 up yet, canceled that order, went to the bank, and am now sitting playing with the Mozart...
It is simply the best phone ever! Definitely the best looking of the bunch! (can't say about it against Dell Venue Pro though)..
... gave mine to a collegue yesterday and switched back to my old Touch Diamond II (Topaz).
For me the actual WP7 series phones (all - not only the mozart) can't fill out the needs as business phone :-/
Hope that will changed within the next months.

It turned out that the very good price on the mozart I ordered was a mistake, so the deal was cancelled, and I went to a 3-shop and I bought a Samsung Omnia 7 (the only wp7 which actually has come out in Denmark already) indstead and I have now had it since wednesday and I love it

Im looking to upgrade to the HTC Titan from the HD2 and using Quidco i get a nice £50 cashback deal if i get it from the Carphone Warehouse website. But, for at least the last week its constantly said Out Of Stock.
Does anyone know (perhaps an insider) if and when stock may become available again, or are they flying off the shelves as soon as stock is available?

I dont think their ordering too many of them. Generally any Windows Phone they seem to store sweet **** all of them, even the Lumia's are hard to come by...
It seems to be in stock on their website - can't you order and have it delivered to your home or local store?
Hmmm, it hasnt been anytime i have looked. Just checked again now.
Though i do wonder if they have 1 or 2 in stock at a time which then get snapped up almost instantly, so maybe i just need to catch it at the right time.
Seems though though i could get either lumia or the radar straight away. But i want the titan, sigh. This trusty old Touch Diamond is starting to grate now :\

I wouldnt recommend the Radar. Its not a bad phone for the price. But the screen on it is not great, only way to use the Radar is with a white theme as the blacks are washed out as hell on that.
Lumia 800, HTC Titan, Samsung Omnia W are probably the best WP7 handsets out.
Samsung Omnia W is probably the best of the whole lot cause it has all the good specs for a cheaper price. Unless you need 16GB of storage which leaves you out to the Lumia and the Titan.
Got mine free on a 12 month contract with dial.a.phone and unlimited everything basically. Carphone warehouse had no stock and kept trying sell me a blackberry lol.
Hmm so an update, i decided to click through the carphone warehouse website and picked the upgrade deal i wanted and it decided to let me proceed to checkout (it said stop because of no stock when i tried that last a couple of weeks ago). All has now gone through and i should have something to play with tomorrow or Thursday!
So it seems that the Out of Stock note on the Carphone Warehouse website is actually a bit of a fib. Nevermind, the £50 cashback they give Quidco to give to me will be quite nice

Well firrst Titan I bought in 2 january it was in the stock, and when I bought second Titan, as well was in stock. I don't seen any problem bought from CW.
I recently received an email from Clove.co.uk (had pre-ordered from this site) that this week's shipping is delayed.
They wrote: "The first stock was due to arrive this week. However we have today had confirmation that stock has been delayed.
The first shipment of stock is now expected to arrive week commencing 12th March".
Can't wait for this beauty..

Yep I have ordered from carphone warehouse for £429.95 offline. Damn man kmt, i hate when phones get delayed. I mean i am currently using a 5800 with a poor touch screen because I sold me xperia play and sgs2 last week to raise money to buy this beauty because i thought it would be here this week. I could have atleast held onto the sgs2 until ending of this week if i knew this was going to happen. Now i have to suffer with this 5800 with poor touchscreen til atleast next week. arggggghhhhhh

I did not get any e-mails from Phones4U UK since order, so finger crossed.
I am due upgrade with TMobile, UK, just spoke to them, was informed they are expecting stock in on Fri 9th, however prices/tarrifs will not be available untill Sun 11th for new orders shipping out from them on Mon 12th. They have booked me a call back from themselves this Sun. I shall wait and see.

Got mine today from carphone warehouse in Selfridges in London, sim free £499 i didn't think that was too bad considering everything in Selfridges is usually double.
I was messed around something terrible by Carphone Warehouse.
Firstly, they took my £500 immediately on pre-ordering the phone (3 weeks before release date). I ordered pebble blue SIM FREE for collection at my branch.
Literally hours before release date they tell me pebble blue not available and that they have no idea when it will be (not their fault if Samsung made a mistake with their blue paint but they have £500 of mine and cannot tell me when I can have my phone).
3 weeks? 6 years?
"The reason we take your £500 up front sir is to ensure you get the special, online offers for pre-ordering (memory card, car charger etc)".
- Later I am told by them that as I am buying SIM-FREE I am not legible for the special offer anyway!!!
Release date comes and I want to change my order to Marble White.
They absolutely assured me I could do this.
Spoke to my local branch and then to retail support or whatever it is (higher up the chain).
"No problems sir, your order will be changed and we will phone you to confirm".
No phone call.
Called them back and "yes sir I can see your order has been changed to Marble White on our system. We are expecting white phones in on Friday 1st June and yours should be in that batch".
Friday comes and no phone.
Phone the shop and retail support.
"Oh no sir I can see on our system that it still says Pebble Blue for your order".
Absolutely useless.
I went straight to Phones4U, bought the phone and then cancelled my order with CPW.
Serves them right.
Now I am waiting for them to return my £500. They'll probably forget or something!
All good, but on the phones4u website the price is £600. Is this is what you paid?
i got my white version 2 days ago from them after swapping from blue to white.
But the problem was that they did not give me any pre order accessories at all, saying that no carphone warehouse got stock for this and that is impossible for them to give free accessories as they have not been suplied for this.

I called one branch and they quoted £600.
I called another branch and they quoted £500!
So off I went to the £500 branch.
When they scanned the box for me to purchase they appeared to have probems. I knew exactly what the problem was of course. The manager was involved and they made a phone call or two to check on the price.
Turns out they ARE charging £600 for SIM FREE. Obviously trying it on a bit as the phone is so sought after currently that they can probably get away with it.
Anyway they did offer one other option...to buy it on a PAYG deal.
That was £550 and it was supplied with a SIM card with £10 credit on it.
So that's what I did. I'll just use the SIM card with credit on it to make any 0870 or other expensive calls.

1. What are the difference between the models we have on the market today? Any model I should buy instead of the other ones?
2. Is there any drawbacks with buying a chinese model? Language problems? Google apps not working (so I read?)?
3. Should I wait for the European version or buy the chinese version?

I just ordered it yesterday in grey on vMall, but it still unprocessed
It's not possible to join them, neither by email /chat, neither by phone (busy ringing),
i'm disapointed about that :/

Just like LePocketPc I ordered it two days ago at night time and I should receive it on Monday with DHL delivery as well.
The payment process went well and they processed my order yesterday morning. I'm still surprised by how efficient they were on my order.
@m3zz3r On their email they wrote that they're only working from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 therefore I doubt you'll get any answer from them before Monday. (they're located in France apparently, and the phone is shipping from London)
I'm in the UK and ordered on Friday. Order says not processed. They don't work at weekends and it's a holiday here on Monday. Hope they've got some stock on Tuesday It seems Expansys is handling the sales, in the UK anyway.
I've joined the club and gone for the EU version, for £210 seems a real bargain......only concern is the updates but it does have android 5.0 and ive read that 5.1.1 is currently in beta testing (HUKD)........ordered also late friday afternoon so not processed yet.....would be nice if it came next week but im looking at at least a few weeks....... a new phone to play with will be fun as ive had my LG G2 for a few years now, works great but boredom has set in......LOL

The phone is now listed as 'Available' in my VMall order (France) !
Ordered mine on 'launch' day last week and still have it as being pre-ordered. How are people getting theirs already that ordered the day after I did? The lack of info for the actual shipping day is a bit frustrating.

A few minutes ago I have received the banking details for my order dd. August 28 ...
The payment goes to Expansys also for German orders and to a German banking account.

Just had an email from vmall.eu - They say that it will take 2-3 weeks to get the phone. Seems a bit unfair given I ordered within an hour of it being live on the site on Thursday and others have ordered later and received theirs already.
And as a side rant, why on earth do manufacturers put themselves in this position. They know it will be popular, so have more stock. It isn't a rushed release or anything, so just be prepared for launches properly.
