Hi friends,
I have not rooted my HTC Legend till now. It seems so hard to root it. Tried to root once but failed and all my apps were gone. I really like the features of Cyanogen Mod 7 but I really like the HTC Sense look. I want to root my phone just because I need more space to install all the applications I like. So I wanted to ask you great guys that is there a way to root my phone and install it with CM7 and then install latest HTC Sense Launcher and HTC Widgets.

You can try some ADW Launcher Sense-like skins + Beautiful Widgets if you want to stick to CM7. If you really like Sense, try Blay0's ROM which has ap2sd and data2sd support - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=866849
l recommend cm7 with launcher pro plus +sense theme +ntsense theme chooser theme and beautiful widgets.

Instead of beautiful Widgets, look for the older version of Fancy Widget.

Thanks guys for the information. I really liked the BlaY0 ROM. But it lacks Gingerbread. It is based on FroYo, right? Correct me if I am wrong guys.

What's new-
1) Launcher -
Many people don't like MIUI launcher because it's iOS style. So I have changed the launcher to xperia arc launcher. You cannot use MIUI launcher on this rom. I had to delete that because I found it was somehow affecting the overall speed of Xperia Arc launcher.
2) Lockscreen -
I know that MIUI Gingerbread rom Lockscreen looks very cool so I modified the original lockscreen on Cobrato's rom to look like MIUI Gingerbread lockscreen. Please read the bug report given below.
3) Camera -
This is not a big thing. Camera is fully functional except zoom. But on Cobrato's original MIUI, there were 2 camera apps. I have kept the MIUI camera in this rom.
4) Widgets -
I have added Arc Widgets in this Rom
5) Default theme -
I changed the default theme. (Again I'll say please read the bug report given below.

BUG Report -
1) LOCKSCREEN ISSUE -
While changing the lockscreen to look more sleek and neat, I made a mistake. If you apply any theme using theme manager, then the ockscreen reverts back to the one which is there in Cobrato's rom. I couldn't fix the issue.
But there is a solution. You cannot apply themes doesn't mean you can't customize this rom. You can use theme manager, but just enable 'edit theme settings' option. Then you will be presented with lots of options which you can customize. Do not change lockscreen, all other things you can customize. You can change wallpapers, it won't affect lockscreen.

If it is possible please make MIUI 2.2 font size as small as MIUI 2.3. I dont use MIUI 2.2 only beacuse of font size.

I was not satisfied with the touch sensitivity in the application drawer using go launcher ex, that's why I chose arc launcher.
MIUI 2.2 and ARC Launcher! what's new?
I ported HTC Sense but its not looking good now. I must work on that more. But now its only launcher.

I can put the dockbar of HTC Sense and mod the settings on a new version of ADW to, and not 1.2.0. The problem is that it still isn't Sense, it's just a modification of an application.
Please post this as an ADW theme or a mod, instead of claiming you've ported HTC Sense.

Use the launcher 'LP Sense UI 1.5.0.3'... Google it to download...
If you are on CM, then download theme 'NTSense-Blue' or something like that... for the Sense style weather widget use Go weather and use HTC Style theme for the widget... wallpapers can be got by installing app from market called Evo 3D wallpapers...

It won't theme chooser requires CM sources. Flash mik's CM7 or a rom based on cm sources
you can also try 'Fancy Widgets' from market.
Is there anyway to modify the News and Weather Widget from TouchWiz 4.0 to work on CM7?
I really like the look of the widget and there is nothing like it in the market.

I love original GB rom from htc cuz that very stable, but homescreen is anoying i dont need 7 home screen and i cant edit.
Using infected rom on GB with port sens 3.5 is buggy with some application...
So somebody can help me? How to modding homescreen on sens 3.0, i just want 3 homescreen.

You cannot change the number of homescreens on the stock sense launcher. You will have to use a different launcher with more features. I personally like ADW EX (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.adwfreak.launcher&hl=en), but there are free ones available in the Play Store.

Yeah, i've try another launcer but im little disappointed cuz stock one still smother... Any advice for greater launcher?
Edit: omg, widgets are not compatible with custom launcher.. arghh..

That is my exact dilemma when running a GB ROM - use the sense launcher with way too many homescreens or use a different launcher without the sense widgets.
