Black screen.
Um
Take battery out
Hold the Vol Down Button
Plug the phone in
Put the battery back in (while still holding the volume down button the hole time)
This should help fix it

Pull out the battery.
Hold the vol buttons [up and down].
Have Odin ready.
Plug in your phone. [keep holding the volume buttons]
put your battery back in.
If nothing happens, press the 'on' button [still holding the vol buttons]
Odin back to stock.
remove battery, plug in USB to phone, hold volume rocker and insert battery, if you dont get download plug the USB into the PC

You should still get into the factory bootloader. I think it is turn off the phone, then hold down the power button and both volume keys. Then go to BP SBF Flash using down volume. Select that with up volume. Then you should be able to SBF the phone with a factory image that you download from somewhere using your PC and USB cable.

With the phone off, simultaneously push the power (same as lock) button and push in the middle of the volume up/down. Pushing in the middle of the volume up/down actually presses both up and down at the same time. Hold all three until the screen comes up to a menu. Should take anywhere from 10-20 seconds.
As for the post right above this. Good point. How was your battery level when you performed this? If it was low do as suggested and charge it.

I'm just a donk

[Q] Won't Boot Into Recovery

EDIT 2: FIXED, thank you Checkm8!
---
Original Question:
My phone won't boot into recovery by using the manual method. I can boot into it no problem using GooManager to tell the phone to reboot into recovery, but no by powering off my phone, then holding down the power button and volume up. The phone'll vibrate and say "RECOVERY BOOTING" in blue in the upper left, but the screen will just go black and the phone will boot normally after 2 seconds.
This isn't a big problem by itself, but my phone also seems to have a problem with wiping system on its own or something, because multiple times of rebooting my phone just to reboot, the phone won't boot at all. It'll just stay at the "Galaxy S4" splash screen.
EDIT: Flashing to complete stock using Odin doesn't fix the recovery issue, tried it multiple times.
I had a similar issue but it was my fault. I figured out later hold (in this order) volume up, home, and power buttons. Once the phone vibrates, let go of the power button but continue holding the other two until you see "Recovery Booting". Let me know if that works for you.

You are correct sir.... Its not like the S3 that you had to hold all 3 buttons until you saw "Recovery Booting"..

Thanks, that got it to boot into recovery! But now it's just sitting at the "teamwin" screen and has been for the past 5 minutes... I'm going to assume that it's a one time thing and carry on with my life regardless. but now I know how to boot int orecovery the right way! I had gotten it to boot when i first got the phone a few times but I guess I had since started doing it incorrectly.

[Q] Can't get out of recovery mode! Help!

I can't get out recovery mode every time i power my phone or plug into a computer my phone shows a a picture of a Phone and a Computer at the middle is a Yield sign... I tried going to Kies for emergency recovery but my device didn't pop-up. I tried calling Samsung and Sprint didn't do much. I tried holding up volume and power button at the same time didn't do nothing... Please help!
This should be in the q&a section. For info you need to hold down vol up, home button and power.
