Well I contacted Huawei about ICS update for the S7-303u and this was their response
" Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Huawei device. Sorry about that there is no official Android 4.0 version for S7-303u now. And we has developing the Android 4.0 for S7-303u now"
So I guess we just have to wait, but which knows for how long....

The different bands that each one supports. S7-303u is the T-Mobile Springboard.

Since no one have ever asked for this model, i will... Is anyone trying or did develop a custom rom for it? This is the Latin American model, one sim card, no NFC.
All other ROMs made are russian or made for other models and Huawei said they wont release any update either to Jelly Bean or anything else for this phone so can anyone help our latin users?

I ask this because I have 802 10f SEA (update 802 20a) and I'm interested in the name of compatibility. seems that the region of origin phone does the job and not where you are. it would like to establish.

which version of the D802? The important thing is to synchronize the modem, which you update version 4.4.2 (need full name if you do not mind)

thanks for the screen shot.
I returned the phone to 4.2.2. then root and instal new rom Optimus v4. phone stayed root and I kept recovery. So I have full 4.4.2 rooted and I am very pleased, especially with the camera is extra slow motion and 120 fps.
Countrymen what happens? Nobody has positive or negative comments.

I purchased a mate 20 pro in October, and it's been great to use so far. My issue is that I'm still on EMUI 9.0.0.215, which is the March security update I think. How can I get EMUI 10 if I'm not even on EMUI 9.1? I've tried using VPNs and changing the region in the Hicare app, all to no avail. Is there any way for me to get updates? My model number is LYA L29, my network is Google Fi, and I'm in the US.

How to update this phone to EMUI 10 in USA
I have the same issue as aazhengg. I am on the same EMUI 9.0.0.215 build in USA. How do we update to EMUI 10.
Also another question: does Android Auto work fine for anybody on this phone?

My current build version is C605E10R1P16. I checked and the region code C605 seems to be for Colombia? Is there any way to change the code without rooting? What is the DL method you are referring to? Thanks for the help.

That should be the one but you might want to search around first. I think Gizmochina has a Telegram group if you are so inclined. Also make sure you have the OEM switch active in case you need to unlock the device if it's not unlocked already. Better safe...
