***NOTE*** I claim no credit for the development of this tweaker. All props to Androguide.fr. His original thread is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1908269. I also claim no responsibility for any damage for using this application.
That being said, I've been using PmR since its infancy on my GNex and then my SGS3. As the post above states, it works on any device, any ROM. The difference with the DNA is you have to use one of dsb's system write enabled kernels in order for the app to work. It makes many changes to init.d and build.prop, so do a backup prior to messing with this.
If you don't want to use the app version/install the custom kernel, I have uploaded the very last version the Aroma installer he made (v2.1.2 http://dl.dropbox.com/u/68066384/PIMP_MY_ROM-v2.1.2-by-Androguide.fr-XHDPI.zip, 32.41MB.) Do a dalvik cache and cache wipe in recovery then flash the .zip.
Like I said, I've been using it quite a while. Now that we have system write in Android, we can use the latest version which you SHOULD/MUST download from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.androguide.pimp.my.rom&hl=en
First tip- If you're using the app version, immediately go to Universal Init.d Support. Hit the Activate button. Reboot. Come back into the app after reboot and click the Verify button. Once verified, tweak away

[Q] Dual-boot: limited access from windows / different folder access per ROM [SIYAH]

I'm dual booting two roms: CM10.1 (as primary) and stock 4.1.2 (as secondary).
I've encountered that, in Windows, I can't see outside the '0' folder while on CM10.1 (and I can't see some folders/files that are actually in the 0 folder as well). I can access everything from the phone, but not from windows.
This is what I see when I'm in Windows and the phone is on CM10.1:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
If I switch to the secondary rom, the stock one, everything is once again available at sight.
And if I enter the 0 folder, you can see the several files missing:
Now, is there any way I can set CM10.1 to be the main folder and have the samsung ROM use the 0 folder or just have total access from both ROMs? I don't use enough the stock rom, but I need it for the camera.
The procedure I used is shown in the FAQ, which is pretty much the following:
1.) Install stock through ODIN
2.) Flash secondary rom through recovery
3.) Swap both
Is there anything I'm missing?
for samsung rom to use the 0 folder you can use Directory Bind

And where should I locate all my CM10.1 folders?
what do you mean by "CM10.1 folders"?

Need help to repair Gapps on Archos 70B Copper

Hi there Dudes.
i'm really strugglin with my tablet. i have deleted the Gapps for a performance test. surely i've made a backup before. but i can't find my sd card.... (cats ...) Now i'm trying without any custom recovery (couldn't find any) to install Gapps properly and here is the point where it gets tricky. i tried many tools like : Flashfire , Flash Gordon, Open Gapps Manager and manually install by root explorer. But everything fails. when i'm able to start Play Store, it crashes every try after a few seconds.
The Tablet is rooted by Kingroot and replaced SuperSu

i really hope anyone can help me
thank you
Edit: are there any Google apps which are not included in opengapps? I ask because i've deleted all i could find with Google in filenames, before my performance check. Maybe there are other important parts deleted... I habe no clue
I do not know your system apps but as you requested open gapps maybe not restore all needed apps. You can get system apps from stock rom (update.zip) to install missing app but i guess a full stock flash should be a better solution. A lot flash tools unpack system apps from update.zip if you load stock image for flashing.

Question (solved) Cannot install a custom ROM

Hello everyone, a week ago I received my Mi 11 Lite 5G and the first thing I did was unlock the bootloader. Today I managed to unlock it and tried to install a custom ROM (xiaomi.eu). However, I had a problem that made the operation impossible. I forgot to activate the option "install via USB" thinking that this one was not important, obviously I underestimated it. My question is: do you have any solution to reinstall the basic ROM (there isn't system currently), or activate this option other than in the phone (in fastboot with adb for example...), regardless of the method, I hope there is at least one.
Awaiting a positive response (I hope), greetings and I wish you all a merry Christmas.
This option doesn't really matter, if your bootloader is unlocked (as in there is a undone lock icon every boot above the Mi logo) just go into fastboot by shutting the phone off forcefully, then holding down Power + Volume Down until you see the Fastboot Screen as shown below
{

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Then after that, check device manager in Windows to see if your device is being seen as "Android Bootloader Interface", if it is. Then you're good to go! Download the latest Xiaomi.eu ROM for Renoir then unzip it, then run the batch script for your case. You will lose all of the data on your phone's internal storage when installing though. So beware and be sure to make backups!
