With V0.3, the last three scores whith quadrant after killink processes were, 594, 604, 592.

To run script, unzip the file in your sdcard and type:

INSTALLATION
- Backup and restore
When you download the file and unzip, you'll see a folder "backup-inst". In it you'll find three more folders, SW_Ging_Rom_V0.2 which must be copied to /sdcard/xrecovery/backup/, iconos must be copied to /sdcard/ and lpshortcut which must be copied to /sdcard too. The file instrucciones.txt tries to explain how to install it and working swype. Once you have done this, reboot your phone in recovery mode, and select backup and restore, select restore, and select SW_Ging_Rom_V0.2 and confirm. That's all
- UPDATE.ZIP
When unziped downloaded file, you'll find too update.zip. Copy it to /sdcard and reboot in recovery mode. Now you have two choices, first select full wipe and confirm, and afeter select install update.zip.This will install the rom after deleting all your data and customization. Second way is just select install update.zip (do not use full wipe), and this will install the rom keeping your data and previous customization.

Yes sure. Restart in recovery mode. Select full wipe, and after select install update.zip.

Use google Chrome and it will translate it from spanish to english for you

Cant stand that app with the huge delay problem from receiving the text and the notification.
El-lobo's rom had it and it was a right carry on to remove and install the stock one again.

I'll give it a shot and remove the handcent messaging though and install the stock one.
Handcent would be fine if it wasnt for that bloody delay lol
i now have an english home built rom
i am currently working on it myself, just going over and over making sure it has no apps that are not needed my rom. What i am making will be a completely stripped down version of stock which will probably have adw or zeam as its launcher (with the option of the one i install OR the original home launcher to be used by you guys with no default set for ease) also im making this rom on stock eclair build so you guys should be fine to flash it straight without going near the full wipe function in recovery (ive read in a number of places full wipe on mini/pro in xrecovery is NOT ADVISABLE so please look into this before you go ahead and wipe as your phone may still function ok after wards but it may also deeply suffer from a full wipe too so be careful

start seus recovery from Sony Ericsson PC Companion and make your phone clean and fresh.
install a file explorer, install XRECOVERY and install the rom, then restart and install with XRECOVERY the HOTFIX you need.
CAN I UPGRADE FROM VERSION TO ANOTHER?
Yes in the 90% without trouble, your data and app are safe, but not from foryou to ginger and sometimes....
CAN I INSTALL ONLY THE LAST VERSION?
Usually the next version have all the hotfix and some tweeks, yes you can.
SOME APP CRASH, WHY?
Try to delete all the data of the app from the application menu.
Try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Sometimes you need a fresh SEUS flash...Try to discover if your app not work only for you or all the people...
SOME APP DON'T INSTALL (like angry birds), AND NOW?
Try to Wipe Dalvik Cache using xRecovery
In case, if any app doesn't install even after cleaning Dalvik Cache via xRecovery for some reason.. Try this command:
rm /mnt/secure/asec/smdl2tmp1.asec
Or simply navigate to /mnt/secure/asec/ using root explorer, find smdl2tmp1.asec and delete it. It will solve the problem.
MY BATTERY HAVE STRANGE DRAIN ISSUE
Try this: make a full charge of the x10, set wifi option "never sleep", reboot in xrecovery, wipe battery stats and then use ALL the battery before the new recharge.

Try to delete data app or unintall the app (for system app uninstall with titanium backup or similar app) and then install it again.

Leave jit enabled, it gives you the best overall performance. If you play a lot of games its ok to turn it off. I leave it on all the time. If you need to save battery you can also try to turn jit off. Resizing jit heap takes a bit of battery

No, you don't need to. You can use the recovery to install the file from any location.
I'd just like to let you know, DSP Manager works out-of-box on stock SE without replacing audio libs.

Thanks. I've managed to flash the new ROM. Get past the boot screen thinking all good until I get this message: "Sorry! The Application HTC_IME mod (process jonasl.img) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Force Close.
I've installed the compatible kernel so not sure what's gone wrong here.
All I can do is power down the device, no access to menus etc
Any advice please?

It's not a question of compatibility, it also gave that error on other phones where I also made the rom (lg optimus dual) I repeat that mistake it to be 'only immediately after the first flash ROM, tested and running perfectly

You will get a FC on first boot with the HTC_IME mod. It's only because there is no data folder associated with it. It will FC and create it's own data

I've rebooted it about 5 times so it's not a first boot issue. I'll try leaving it running for a while, as you mentioned it might create the file structure etc.. will let you know how I get on.

Tried that mate, no joy I can't get no apps up, can get into the keyboard settings by holding one of the hard keys then selecting the settings icon.
Should I reflash the kernel perhaps and then reflash the ROM?

What I want to tell my friend, try to flash the kernel first and then flash the rom;-) I recommend you wipe the three usual

Try this if the Internal storage and MMc are reversed.
SETTINGS > Options > STORAGE Configuration > Untick use Internal
2.To switch between MTP,USB and PTP
In settings > storage > press options > select computer mode > switch between mtp, usb, and ptp
3.How to check for updates/OTA.
D4 Rom v9.0 comes with OTA option integrated in Settings
Settings>D4 Rom> Check for Updates.
4.I can't find my ext sdcard.
using file manager go to /emmc
5. Why there are no themes, and when I press themes on settings it keeps loading forever
There are no themes at the moment available for v9.0. When themes are ready they will be uploaded.
6. Why you don't add "X" feature from AOKP
D4 Rom base is and will be CyanogenMod. Any other features will be included only if they dont decrease the performance of clean AOSP sources.
7. My APN does not works!
Disable mobile data network.Go into airplane mode.Reboot your device.Come out of aeroplane mode and enable data network mode.
Wait for a few minutes so that the network can log into UMTS/EDGE.

12. What's tablet mode?
Android 4.0 (ICS), have implemented a unified os for phones and tablet. However, they have also a system that identifies wether if device is a tablet or a phone, and then set the interface. Tablet mode is a hack on framework, for showing Tablet UI, on phones.

Also constant freeze Google chrome.

Use Quickpic as it is way better than Gallery. As for other issues I would clear data and force stop anything in your app drawer relating to google. framework etc then reboot

Hi dan96815, I successfully flash your ROM to my SGSII but no luck in flashing the GAPPS (DRC83_base_defanged-2.zip)...on CWM it just says E:Error in /emmc/download/DRC83_base_defanged-2.zip (status 0)
I have downloaded the file 3 times just to make sure I don't have a corrupted package but still it does the same thing. Please enlighten me,thanks.

Theme engine is nice, I`m able to install a theme but how to uninstall one?

1- the WIFI direct doesn't work
2- there is no allshare and no samsung apps

I've seen on first page the pics with some statusbar mods(the brightness adjuster) that I thought belongs to Reloaded Settings.. I remember that they were for CM9 so I asked this to understand if there would be some some conflicts between Rel.Settings and the D4 rom settings..

I would only use what is in the ROM not any other addons
I have seen the Youtube clip on the first page and I saw that the app drawer has
normal size app icons in tablet Mode
I can't seem to figure out and find it on the web how to change that.
I like the size on the home screen, but the App Drawer icons could be much bigger

I am looking to install the Resurrection Remix ics v1.4[4.0.4] rom onto my phone which is currently running stock LPQ 4.0.3 (it is also rooted). I am wandering if i install Resurrection Remix ics v1.4 do i also have to install the siyah kernel or will the rom already come with its own kernel? I also am wondering can i install the black theme for the rom right after i install the rom and the gapps or does the phone first have to rebot and does this theme work for 1.4 because the file name says black theme apps for 1.2?
The rom comes with own kernel, the siyah kernel is optionally, i personally didn't like the siyah kernel on Ressurection, becuse of the battery life and some few bugs....I highly recommend the thoravukk kernel...http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574672
Install rom first, then gapps, reboot...let the device do its thing and then reboot into recovery again and install the black theme...
I say stick with the Stock Kernel

This rome coming with boot animation made by West, look very nice.
i just installed it a few hours ago and its been good so far. it comes with its own kernel as well. had a few bugs with siyah on 1.3
I want to install this rom .. I am in wanamlite rom .
I don't have any problem in switching roms
But I use Cam more frequently ..
So how is cam clarity in aokp roms ...

1. I'm using RR 1.4 on my Galaxy S2. It is the great rom, but... Is it possible to set storage for camera to use? I used this feature on 1.0 to store my photos and videos on sdcard. But on 1.4 I haven't found appropriate setting in settings menu of the camera.
2. RR 1.4 doesn't install MMS.apk file during the flashing. There is no icon for SMS/MMS application in Apex Laucher dock. You need to install mms.apk file manually after flashing. Seems that it is an issue.
3. FmRadio and SoundRecorder applications are missed in applications list. I see them in /system/app folder but can't run. Also I can't install them manually.
Does anyone faced with the same problems?
I love this v1.4 all the features are great.
However i have a problem, i have backup all the contacts via titanium in v1.1 but i can restore them in v1.4. Please help : D

thats odd i havent had any of those issues. but yes the fm radio and sound recorder are missing.

This is an excellent ROM but I also have similar issues as metioned. In addition I'm also missing USB utilities under settings.

The most common reason for having issues like that is not following the instructions for flashing the ROM. It's harsh I know, but, flash it again - this time by the book and you'll have no problems. 1.4 works like a charm for me, Sound rec. and FmRadio are not included in this ROM and there is no option to choose storage on the camera apk.

I got a question too, related to this rom and version so i didn't want to make a new thread. When I try to text someone or write something, the keyboard freezes, not actual freeze but it doesn't work, i have to restart the Messenger then it would work again.. please help
EDIT: I noticed that it only happen when I put the phone to sleep while on the messaging screen

That's odd, maybe you can try clearing dalvik from recovery and fix permissions. If that doesn't fix the issue, and you can - reflash it and follow the instructions. Maybe it's a bug, but I don't have it so...
VIbration Intensity control missing
Hi, I jus installed v1.4, everythin works gr8. But d vibration intensity controller option isnt der. I mean u can switch off the keyboard vibration via the language and input options. But the screen lock and unlock vibration cant be controlled and der is a hell of a battery drain coz of dis

I'm pretty sure all the USB settings show in the notification bar when you connect the usb

using root explorer app, first remove the current bootanimation.zip which is in system/media, put it somewhere for safe keeping. Then replace it with the downloaded .zip. You will have to change the folder from R/O (read only) to R/W (read write) which is in the top right corner. Remember to remove the current boot animation.zip from the /media folder otherwise it won't work.
