1. You must have Hard-SPL installed on your Titan first!
2. Ensure the battery has a 60% charge or higher
3. Use the RUU to flash. I recommend the Titan Advanced RUU by Barin
4. Ensure you have radio ROM v17 installed on your phone.
Caution: Using custom ROMs and flashing HSPL can void your warranty. There is even a chance of bricking devices when flashing any ROM and HSPL. These ROMs were tested and no issues were found, but your experience may be different. If you need to send your device in for repair, be sure to flash back to stock ROM and SPL.

It is multilanguage, but unable to confirm all characters display. I've seen issues reported for other ROMs.
BTW, this has the default font that all other stock ROMs have.

This means it doesn't have WP7.8 fonts issue. All fonts are clear and no weird spacing after J etc. As far as English goes. Don't know about all other languages. But don't see how it might be an issue.

The good thing is you can backup your new SMS and game saves after going full-unlock.

Don't have that calendar issue. Is it Windows Live calendar? I've seen this being mentioned at a few places before too.

BTW: Just to point out, the TellMe is working charmingly if the language is selected as English US even after the ROM is installed and set up. Reboot phone after changing language and TellMe is spot on!

Works with my windows live calendar. I also have an exchange calendar and it shows. Try opening the calendar, open settings and toggle your calendar off and on. See if that helps at all.

I finally found where these logos live. It's not really a Chinese games hub, but what Microsoft calls the generic games hub logo. I am testing a new version of the ROM with these modifications.

Thanks for looking into it, its just that the logo is the one they're using in China for chinese windows phones. It does show the new dark green tile with xbox live logo at first, but after it syncs with your microsoft account it changes to the spades icon. I'm also willing to pay 10 bux if the writing in about section that says "firmware compiled by" is removed. That is all.

No you don't have to.....ones HSPL you have "opened up" the phone.....

why isn't there fuss about this ROM?
I tried this ROM today. It is fantastic! It's much speedier than the stock one, it brings 6.5.3 which we've all been waiting for and it has only minor bugs. I found some of them to be: 1.quickgps is missing(this is important for us who use the incorporated gps). Could you add that please?
2.Could you make the default htc volume bar available when we press the side volume keys? Instead of that now an ancient volume slider appears when the volume keys are pressed. Although, I noticed that the htc one is available when you press the windows flag from the dropdown menu in the top. Weird, because all that's missing is the connection between that and the hardware keys.
3.Some weird chinese input modes are available in the keyboard menu(I think that's where the ROM originated), but it would be nice if they weren't present in the WWE version of the ROM.
If these would be sorted out this ROM would be PERFECT! Because believe me, everything else is just how it's supposed to. This is much better than chris's 6.5.5. That one is still full of bugs. So thank you for making this available and if you could please solve these(minor) bugs I would be so grateful and I think I'm not the only one.
P.S. I would also like the default theme available
Not to be naggy or anything but I forgot in the previous post. Kinetic scrolling is missing. But I don't think that it can be as easily fixed...

QuickGPS atatched, although I always forud SeasGee to be better when I used to have an Artemis (search fo Seasgee for discussions), so if you're going to install or cook one of them...

Sure it will. I just tried this one today : "Windows Mobile 6.5.5 Operator Replacement Rom (Build 23541)"
My phone model is back to T3333 again. The issue with this rom was that I think it was ported from a Touch2 Special Edition (T3320) from China or something.I also like the fact that Manilla is basically the same with this newer rom. Almost no bugs in it, it even has quickgps. I'm sticking with it for now.

Your ROM is really great. But I have run into a problem... don't know if it is related to your ROM or related to HTC .
As you can find from my siggy, I own a T3320 and not a T3333. The ROM works perfectly OK but the moment I install HTC Hotfix for Owner Info, the Home screen is Gone. I mean if you press the home button - nothing happens. The impression (or image) of the Start menu or whatever you were last stays there. But this is just an image, as the icons on the image do not work. Pretty weird I know - I am also confused. But if from Settings, I remove All today items and then press the home button, I can go back to the Desktop or Home whatever you want to say. I hope I was able to clear my issue . Any suggestions ?
BTW this has happened with both of your ROMs - this one as well as the BT ROM.
On a different note, what kitchen (if any) are you using? OSkitchen is not able to cook the ROM for me, it fails at the last stage, saying there is no config setting for this device.

Those new WP7 custom ROMs makes me wanna flash WP7 ASAP . How about battery life? Battery drainage and lack of polish language were two things that scared me from WP7.
And of course problems with Live! activation .

Not really, but didnt give it a try either -- this was my first go at cooking maybe next version could solve the Sound Enhancer issue but i dont think that the Sound Enhancer would work with the HD2 because HD2 doesn't have a Dolby Chipset like the HD7 :-(

There is no license in this version, you can call Microsoft to give you a valid Product Key 7 they would give one to your & wont mind either
In this version you try to sign with your live ID, it'll say activation failed & you press OK, then enter the product key M$ gave you & then sign in with Live, after that Enjoy!!

Its just a guess, but in my oppinion it will never work because of the missing dolby surround chipset.

The first fully functional and bug-free rom for Titan from the Developer!!! (no crap included and not a dumper**** stuff).
The main benefit is not a rom by itself (even macaque is able to dump the stock, cook-in stolen unlock, recook again) but a huge amount of custom applications written by ultrashot in order to make the phone fully functional device.

Each person has his own criteria of "normal". Bing is normal for you but absolutely abnormal for me. That's why you have a choice in this rom.

just checked, unfortunately you cannot subscribe to podcast here, just like in the first rom by dft... but otherwise it's a fantastic rom, and at last I can change those default colours thanks to the advanced config tool

hi I'm from Spain and my English is not perfect, but on the first post you can read..

depends on which CABs do you mean. If you mean _update_ cabs, then yes. If you mean WM6-like install cabs, then no.

2. Ensure the battery has a 60% charge or higher
3. Use the RUU to flash. I recommend the Titan Advanced RUU by Barin
4. Ensure you have radio ROM v16 installed on your phone.
Caution: Using custom ROMs and flashing HSPL can void your warranty. There is even a chance of bricking devices when flashing any ROM and HSPL. These ROMs were tested and no issues were found, but your experience may be different. If you need to send your device in for repair, be sure to flash back to stock ROM and SPL.

I do have a Tango ROM I am currently testing that uses the stock ROM as the base.
As I side note - I've noticed an issue with opening some system application settings (Open settings, and slide over to applications). Some open with a delay and some not at all. I am investigating to see if this is a side effect of using the FullUnlock v3 on mango. I am removing the download link in the first post for now.

No. Hence the untouched stock rom with the exception of full unlock. Yes, it does have IE xap installer.

To update the bug issue. It appears to be the way the Full Unlock was made for Tango, as it works fine in my stock base Tango ROM.
I will contact Ultrashot about this.
I am looking to upload the Tango version tomorrow.

I am uploading v.1.1 right now. Fixes the settings issue.
Weird, I didn't see any marketplace issues. I just downloaded and installed an app in the new version
EDIT: V1.1 is uploaded and first post updated. Tango version is being tested currently

Thank You very much. The idea of cooking a fully unlocked Stock rom was great, specially since i´ve seen people reporting crashes with other custom roms when their phone are working at almost full memory capacity.
Can´t wait to get home tonight and try the tango version.

sorry I'm from Venezuela by amazon buy a titan and turned out to be AT & T released by imei is a great phone but is in English and you can not drop applications without paying
I wonder if this rom brings the Spanish language and if an out how to unlock the phone by another way than the gold card because what I have read is very risky and not at low risk to me so I have experience installing the rom but normally with the uSB cable I had before an htc apache htc then a Imagio and now my titan I thank you the help you can give me that could release an AT & T titan thanks ..

Currently, the only method is to use the gold card for AT&T Titan. This ROM only has US - Eng in the ROM. Other ROMs that are not stock AT&T have other languages.

Great rom! I'm running the Tango version and so far everything is working definitely better cell ular signal and I got the 4G icon back anyway I'll feedback more after couple of days of using this rom.

With custom icons and color taskbar for all languages cooked in. All 24 languages are available - a lot of Accents and Themes build in. Fullunlocked with the latest unlock of Ultrashot - installer with free apps with modified tile Icon to meet glass icon style - based on latest Europe rom - reworked the colorschemes in the themes - now more than 300 accentcolors in rom - most common free nokia apps cooked in - new colored emoticon keyboard in most languages - version with original icons available.
1. You must have HSPL installed in your device.
2. Before doing any operations be sure you have battery level more than 60%!

Be careful when flashing rom. Only flash custom rom when you know what you are doing. Flashing custom rom will void you warranty, you will do it on your own risk. So make sure that you flash stock rom on your device before sending it in for repair/warranty.

In your download you can find the installer ( thanks to winphoneviet) with common used free apps. The Tile-Icons are changed to meet the style of the glass-icons. ATTENTION:
Adding accents with advanced config will only work on light and dark theme. Don't try it on the other themes as it will not work. With adding more then 300 accentcolors in rom, there is no need anymore to use advanced config for that.

V2.1 Cooked in most common free nokia apps - designed my own colored emoticon keyboard for most keyboards (not for asian , russian, ukrain and greek keyboards)
V2.2 Used the official microsoft update cabs as there is a problem with updating the live tiles of some apps when using the nokia lumia 900 files. Synchronised the 2 versions so they contain the same OEM apps.

you need zune running, make first connection with zune
When i am at home i will reupload perhaps something went wrong while zipping file.

Battery drain is better compared to Dynamics-Rom.
Probably best looking rom for device (if you like glass-icons)!:laugh:

Hmm..Zune is up and running, tryed the New file, but the same, tryed different pc`s again, but no luck:crying: any trick? i have all set compability mode, and run as admin stil no Luck,,anyone else got this file running? and what os did you run it on?

Yes,
get into bootloader (spl-Mode) at startup by tapping Vol+ & Vol- same time.
Make sure USB is displayed at the bottom
Start RUU.exe as Admin....
Edit: saw you already went to Dynamics...
New rom online
New rom is online. Updated with the HTC oem update.

sorry but havent seen that, great, that worked, but got the error that "make shure the Device is fully rebooted etc....." tryed to change the usb to back of the pc, but no luck cant Connect to the Device..but Zune is working so averything seems to be in order, but the app cant Connect to the Device..

First you have to connect with zune - it is not enough to have zune running , you must have had the sync screen of zune only then your device is detected in Zune. I go also back in the start screen of zune before starting the app.
It is possible to choose the Classic Tiles, or only this custom?

I hope you mean hard reset with reboot because otherwise there would be something wrong with my rom. Only a soft reset would save the last configuration.
If you don't want that, you have to recook it yourself and leave the oemappfolder out. It is only logical that what you put in rom will stay in rom after hard reset. There will be never a rom that will give you anything else after a hard reset then that one has cooked in it. (therefore it is also called factorysettings) (unless you update it with cab files-these would change rom itself)) If you can't live with that I should say "osbuilder" and start cooking yourself.
EDIT: I've tested it out removed htc hub and did soft reset - app wasn't there after soft reset
