how to write Disc image File to SD card ON S3 I9300?
I GOT disc image file from some where and want to write on sd card for s3 i9300 dead boot recovery.
here I am stuck how to write that file?
could someone help me please?

thanks for your reply, I have s3 i9300 brick dead boot, can't boot up, I have searched image file FOR recovery of s3 < sd card 3.72 gb>,the guy said that this iimage you need to write on sd card and give software name as well but can't write on sd card <Win32DiskImager> < HDDRawCopy1.02Portable> .
I want to use this method for my s3 dead boot problem
Brief JTAG process for GT-I9300
1) Copying JTAG(bootloader) file to external SD Card, using normal GT-I9300.
2) inserting the SD card to ‘No Power’ phone, and copy the bootloader file to the defective PBA.
3) After downloading bootloader file to the defective phone, enter the download mode with the phone, and download Full S/W.(PIT, PDA, CSC, PHONE files)
now could you plz know any software to write image file to sd card?

i own a galaxy s3 and i have a problem: i cannot download files from the browser. for example, is this restaurant where i order pizza, they have a .pdf menu that you can download. i click on it and it says download unsuccessful. in download manager it says not enough space (i have over 23 gb free space...). i googled it and i found something related to lucky patcher but i don't even know what that is because it isn't installed on my phone. i had insertcoin rom installed, now i have daky. the same problem occured on both roms. Please, can someone help me to repair my phone? it's so awkward to have such a device and to be unable to download a 1MB file from the internet...
I had the same problem it ended up that in the browser setting it was set up to download to sd instead of device and I somehow corrupted my SD card you might have the same problem try move a folder to your SD card and if it says failed then you will have to move all data on SD to internal or a PC and format the SD card then it will be OK that's what happened to me .... if you need any help pm me good luck

if its happened on both roms its likely to be the SD card corrupted just transfer all data to internal or a PC ,format the SD then you can transfer it back and all will be OK it sounds just like my problem I've had twice before I don't know how I managed to corrupt my SD but I did ...by default the browser is set to download to SD card and because of the corruption it was unable to download anything to it I think the setting is in the advanced part of browser settings. I hope this helps

i realise now that you are right. my card was making problems, i removed it and it seems to be better now . thank you for the fast answer.

To my problm....
I just got a galaxy fame 6810p and I cant download from
The browser... it always says "download unsucessful, not enuff space"and even when I format mem card with the fone
It says unsupported or damaged card... and its a new 8GB card...
Its been so frustrating... i've just tried changing browser storage to device memory but I still cant dowload... and moving a file
From device to ext card always fails... dont know why its so or what to do anymore...
Will really appreciate any suggestions or insight into this dilema.... I'm a newbie to the android family...... thx... I await any response.

maybe you encrypted the sd , and when you formatted it the encrypt key was deleted , i'm sorry to tell you if that is true , you just lost your mem card
and try using your mobile specfic forum , as alot of members aren't that friendly here , and the forums rules are strict :good:

Hi there everyone,
Thank you for your explanation above.
Please be patient with me as I am new to Android, having migrated from iPhone to galaxy s3.
I have been trying to download a .doc from the Internet. I tested my iphone, downloads in seconds and opens a open with box. Trying this file on the galaxy and it takes ages to supposedly download which shows as unsuccessful. Repeatedly.
Things I have tried:
Going into security and ticking the unknown sources check box to hopefully allow downloads from Internet - to no avail
I want to try the SD issue but I don't know the process to change the default download to settings.
Things to note
the file is super small
I don't have a SIM in
Connected to wifi - reliable
I am grateful for any help

Try to put sd card into a card reader. Can you delete that files on your PC? If not, try check disk (your sd card on PC) and after it finished you will be either able to delete those files or that files will no longer be there. I had that problem and solved it that way.

It's not necessary to format whole sd card. It's better first to thy what I suggested. It worked for me.
After I flashed my I9100 with Jellybam 6.30. My device can not detect the external SD card. Can not use camera to take picture. go to the recovery mode can not use any option. Connected PC with usb their is not thing under the I9100 device (no folder and anyting).
Odin 1.85 can not detect my I9100. Even I open the usb download mode, It show nothing that i reboot it to recovery mode.
Please help me. Thanks a lot.

Dear just take your battery, external card and sim out of the phone for 5 minutes then put all back.
Boot into recovery and wipe data, caches and delvic caches.

You can't remove sd card as it is built in. You can erase it (format).

Hello all,
First time poster, and first time ROM flasher, so I would really appreciate some advice on this one!
I flashed Cyanogenmod 10.1 this afternoon to my S3, and everything was fine until I realised I couldn't access the contents of the internal SD card. Even when plugging it into my laptop via the USB cable, it wasn't being recognised.
One of the instructional videos I followed advised to 'wipe cache and partition' in Clockwork Recovery during the setup process. This must be why this has happened. The free space on the phone is now only 4GB, but the remaining 11GB or so is in limbo.
Can anyone shed some light on this for a total novice?

Thanks, I have downloaded ES, but I don't have /data/media unfortunately. I've looked everywhere... I think I'm screwed. The content shows up fully still in CWR though, weird.
The file manager must be given root permissions and you must navigate UP to the root directory. Up from sdcard

How do you Formatted memory card?
must be 32gb or 64gb Sandisk Orginal memory card needed!
Format your memory card exfat system!
Write Dump file with this
when finished put the memory card in phone
Hold Vol up button and connect with pc.
Phone must be appear download mode

Dear @facebook.com i have the same problem i have LG901 TMobile variant, i was trying to root the phone with stock firmware but end up bricking it, if i try it with SD card will my phone boot up? if yes, can you provide me KDZ file which i should flash from Download Mode?

T mobile v10 5.1.1 kdz file is not available rather new update mm v20e, v20j and v20l is available in kdz file for t mobile v10.

I have used 64gb Samsung class 10 card...
Wel not sure about formatting file system. Will give it another try after fresh format...

Follow my procedure phone will become Download mode
When phone Entered Download mode flash with this firmware

i used sandisk original it worked with me!
But you should try with samsung memory card with low format exfat!
i though it would be work with you!

can u confirm me image location on sd card
is it on root of sd card or inside a folder named image .
mine is not on root of card but inside folder name image
I have 64GB card but it isn't Samsung EVO or Sandisk, i researched there's a software called QFIL, should i try the dump file with QFIL?

Can you share full guide as i am new to v10 i have used G3 ..PM me guide so i try on my brick v10
I bricked my LG H901 Korean t-mobile phone (LGH901BK) too while I was trying to update it with a wrong file may be. SD Card method is not working and the second link to google drive is dead. Bro can you please re-upload the file to google drive. My firmware version is LGH90110c
