Not gonna make any promises. I myself am holding out for a bit to see if we get a 32gig version. But most likely CleanROM, or my own ROM..

Looks great! And FYI, I also installed on Manta, Nexus 10 & both Gmail and PlayStore is beyond expectation on that screen! Your work is much appreciated!
You say to uninstall updates for gmail, so if gmail automatically updates after flashing this do I just have to uninstall update and flash again?

It was weird, didn't have an option to uninstall updates in either app manager or tibu. Froze the app in app manager and then deleted in tibu, rebooted, flashed the theme from here, then went to playstore and restored gmail and it was themed.... Oh well, that ugly pastel **** is gone and looks nice now . Thanks!!!

Will this work too on a custom rom like SlimBeam ,AOKP etc. ?

aye, those are all more or less built on the same base.
Copy the zip file in your SD card (copy in root folder) before installing CM10.2 ROM Releases
Install CM10.2 in your device.
After successfull CM10.2 installation, choose this CM10.2_Custom_Aroma_GApps.zip.

No, you don't need to reflash the ROM. Just flash gaaps. I've just done the same with KitKat, and it is working
