T-mobile Service not working - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S 4

Ive looked through MANY different thread and done exactly what they said, but I just cant get it to work. I put the phone in Gsm mode, and then manually search networks, but after 3 seconds it goes away with no results. Or tries to make me use global settings. I made an APN with the settings
Name: T-Mobile US
APN : epc.tmobile.com
Prox: blank

MCC: 310
MNC: 260

APN Type: default
APN protocol: IPv4

Am I missing something?

APN settings for ICS.

Can anyone tell me the proper APN information for ICS roms? It had an updated interface for the APN type. Any help is appreciated.

I don't believe the APN information is Android version specific. It changes a bit when going from my GNex to my Skyrocket, but that is due to a SIM card change, which is backwards compatible with non-LTE devices.
When I moved from my Skyrocket to my GNex, here is the information that was automatically obtained from the network:
Name: Cingular 410
APN: wap.cingular
Proxy: None set
Port: None set
Username: [email protected]
Password: CINGULAR1
Server: cingulargprs.com
MMSC: h.t.t.p://mmsc.cingular.c.o.m/
MMS Proxy: wireless.cingular.com
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC:410
Authentication type: Not set
APN type: default,supl,mms
APN Protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
This is all in one APN. However, I have seen phones with two different APNs for internet and MMS. I am not sure why. This works for me, hopefully you can get it to work for you.
Also, I don't have enough posts to post links, so remove the periods where there should not be periods.
There is a thread [UPDATED 5/22][AT&T DATA FIX] AT&T's HSPA+ APN's here

Having just tried the latest ATT leak, those were not the default APNs on my GS2.
The one grenefroggie posted is the one default APN that showed up.

APN Settings

Can someone on stock post a screenshot of their settings? MMS got broken again (as seems to happen with every damn android phone I get...) and the usual settings I used to fix it in the past don't seem to work with this phone for some reason.
Thanks!

Unfortunately, I still get just a toast saying "Error connecting to MMS provider"
I wouldn't care as much if it weren't for the fact that group texts route through MMS as well.
Anyone happen to know of a fix? Really don't want to take it back to AT&T over this... (especially since I've gone and rooted/installed twrp and a ROM)
Custom rom....then id ask the dev whats going on ... shouldnt be getting those errors if apns are set correctly...

are the stock apn's
download 8sms and manually override sms settings see if it works in that client (you can put your own APN settings in it)
Tested some more, definitely an issue with the ROM. Flashing Skyfall fixed it anyway.
Glad you got it sorted....

[Q] MMS Not working properly on my Verizon S4 unlocked for T-Mobile use

I have a Verizon S4 phone that I am trying to use with T-Mobile. MMS works but not until after I have made a phone call. I have to do this every time I restart the phone. 4g and phone calls seem to be working fine without having to do anything to get those going.
I am set to Global Network Mode and have these APN Settings:
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not set
Username : Not set
Password: Not set
Server: Not set
MMSC: http: / /mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS Proxy: Not set
MMS Port: 80
MMC: 310
MNC: 260
Authentication Type: Not set
APN Type: default,mms,supl
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
Mobile virtual network operator type: None
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get mms to start working properly without having to remember to make a phone call first after every restart?
