Hi, it was normal day, my hts work fine as always, and sudenly, when i pull out my d610, phone stop responding, i cant turn screen on, only volume keys are working (i can hear sound from speeker, and vibrations awe working) but no respond from turn on/off key. Got original android from orange, and it wasnt even rooted. I have no ide what happend, and looking for any help.

Hello, my PDA is working a cookedWM6 rom and it is a G4 after a spanish WM5.
Since I installed WM6, if I don't lock the device (keypad and screen) before suspending the device then it turns on, 3~60 sec later.
I have detected that the phone turns on when you have the phone near a speaker and it sounds like the phone is emiting or receiving a kind of signal. (but no calls, messages or alarms are coming) If the device is locked it sounds the signal again but it doesn't turn on.
Can anybody help me? It is a pity to be locking and unlocking when you turn on and suspend.

Hey eljoe found the cause in another thread!!!
"hi!, actually the issue happends when the lock option is enable and the phone is locked. After a few seconds or minutes the screen suddenly turns on. The only workarround that works is to uncheck the backlight auto turn off feature.
Lock option + turn off backlight enabled = issue
Lock option + turn off backlight disabled = no issue"
Hi, I have a problem because it does not work for me the power button (switch) sometimes work but it's very rare.
I turn on the phone one way just when I put the battery to vibrate your phone and automatically switches on or turn as electricity, or disable it by battery bothers me is because even as jams such as the game in my old Xperia helped lock the keyboard and walked more ... and here I do not like to block.

so i was working and phone worked perfectly then i clicked on power button and screen wont turn on.(iocean x7)
touch and android works(i hear lock screen and light works and home button too and i can get calls.)
btw i tried to control the phone from pc with MyMobiler and androidscreencast and i failed any help?

I'm a newbie at rooting.
I have used CM for 3 months but for a week it got a little strange.
Scenario 1) When I push the power button to get to lock screen, the soft buttons' light turn on for a moment but no change happens on screen. I push power button again, the same result. No other respone from my mobile. If I push power button for 10 sec to reset, i see a little green or purple light beam from the bottom right. After a while, it disappears. And still no response. I remove the battery as a last resort and put it back, when I push the power button, it's the same. Little colorful light beams...
Scenario 2) A short time ago, while I was playing a game on it, the screen just turned off and I pushed the power button... as you guess, the story goes on the same way.
It's now off, I couldn't get to it in any way.
What can I do to solve and how?
You guess it's urgent.

Can you restart the phone in download mode, or recovery mode?
I just figured out something:
The phone turned on and I disabled developer settings. After this, when the screen is locked and off and I push the power button, I see nothing on the screen (maybe a little purple or green beam at the right bottom) but the soft buttons turn on. I slide right to unlock without seeing anything, I pass the lock screen and it's now open. (when I touch the screen, the soft buttons turn on again and again as it should be) I just scroll the main pages right and left, push the volume or main button, they work. (it beeps when the sound is max) after 30 - 40 seconds... yay! The screen is on! It's totally the same all the time. It needs time to turn on?
Is it a software problem or is my screen about to break down?

it's a software problem. You can either factory reset, run the trim command if you're running android 4.3, or change to a different ROM.

Hello,
i got a general Android problem. As long as my screen is turned on, i can skip tracks with the controls on my bluetooth earbuds, does not matter if screen is locked or unlocked. But as soon as the screen is turned off, the controls stop working.
Googling the problem leads to nothing, because the only problem that shows up, is the one where controls don´t work on lockscreen.
But i got no issue there. Everything works as long the screen is turned on. As soon i turn it off, the controls stop working. I tried remapping keys with Button Mapper which doesn´t help.
Everything works as intended, i can skip (Spotify) tracks from Lockscreen, from homescreen, from everywhere. But as soon as the display turns off, i can´t skip tracks anymore via bluetooth. Changing volume still works tho! Also i can skip tracks with holding the volumebutton on the phone but not with the bluetooth controls.
Any fix for that?
