Any idea if Android Pay still works in this? I LOVED XenonHD on my previous Nexus devices but I've grown to use Android Pay a lot.

Great to see you here! cool

Just as a heads up, Android Pay does not work in this but for what it's worth, it doesn't work in 3 other ROMs I tried. From my understanding very very few people have gotten Android Pay to work outside 100% stock software. Oh well. The app does install and open, I can add loyalty cards to it but I cannot add/use payment cards. Oh well, the loyalty card stuff is what I wanted to use it for primarily anyway; I hated carrying around so many stupid loyalty card things on my keychain.

Support
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our goo.im page linked above. It's new, but expanding fast. Just like us!
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.
4) Ask a question on our IRC channel. Connect to #teamcarbon on irc.freenode.net or click here. You'll find several other Carbon fans and usually one or more devs as well. Please be polite.

[GCC 4.7/O3]TeamCarbon 4.2.2 AOSP Nightlies Calling Fixed!
Im not going to spruce this OP up for now as we are still ironing out some crucial bugs (particularly call audio) THAT SAID, the rom runs FANTASTIC with the exception of this downfall (well the governor switching needs some fixing and gps too...) But beyond that its running great. Huge shoutout to the htcmsm8960 crew Codeworkx, Mrbirdman and all else who are helping push this project forward...As far as im aware this is the first gcc 4.7/O3 build for the one...Anywho, with that said hope you guys enjoy sexy AOSP on this amazing phone. There will be new nightly builds every day so keep checking back at http://goo.im/devs/carbon/m7/testing for the latest updates...Flash latest gaaps with this package. And feel free to let me know of any bugs and/or if you guys would like to try and help tackle this in call audio issue. Thank you very much and let this be the first of a lot of fun to come

thanks for this and all your hard work in keeping fresh roms rolling to us!!
it seems the majority of post trough all the rom threads start with "does this or that work", when most of us know dam well a few things havent been ironed out in all the roms yet lol.
im offering, if you would like me to, to compile a list of most of the major issues reported across all roms, and weather they are working here.
maybe this will cut down on some of the redundant questions.
you could even put the list in the op if you wish, so no one will have an excuse for not knowing.
its up to you though, ill just let it go if you dont want it, with no hard feelings.
thanks again
edit, i had a better idea, as to not clutter the thread, ill make a post in general listing all the roms and reported issues. im sure that wont go a stray lol
Does the IR blaster operate with this ROM?
i am trying to keep an easy reference of bugs for all aosp roms here to make it easier for devs and us to see where we are at without digging through the roms threads.
any contributions would be greatly appreciated. Please Read The OP First!!
thanks for your help!!
Every time I come visit there's a new ROM I like this device.
Is there a way to change the signal and WiFi colors and icons, using Ex-themerKK
Thank you, I enjoyed this rom on my G2 and now I get to enjoy it as well on my G3.

Who's back? We're back.
CarbonROM is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. We are dedicated to fast, stable, and feature-filled roms, honesty and communication with our users, and openness with our code. We like frequent builds, with the very latest and greatest hardware support and fixes. We strive to not only provide you with the best rom we can build, but also to give back to the Android community and our fellow developers. For us, this is about creating something we can be proud of and hope you will enjoy.
Please feel free to look, build, and use our code at CarbonROM's GitHub... and at CarbonROM Gerrit.
Disclaimer:
While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device, family, pets, or perception of reality. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash! If you have questions, ask your fellow users or ask us in #teamcarbon on freenode IRC.
Support:
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our website. Carbon FAQ

Very smooth rom and the only 7.1.1 with working night light
smooth, stable and super fastest rom...
the best nougat rom for flo
Just trying it out, looks pretty smooth and nice for now but I have one question, I've seen that on few other devices CarbonROM supports signature spoofing, but not on flo. Can it be added in the future to this tablet too?
I really do love this ROM. It's never crashed on me, no major hangups. It's super fast and fluid, but I have a couple of minor issues with it.
-YouTube 1080p60fps gives me audio, but all I see is a black screen.
-Watching YouTube at 720p60fps (not lower resolutions) and doing any type of scrolling, be it the comments or split screen, will cause the video to pause until scrolling stops (audio is fine). Hell even tapping the screen stops the video a little bit.
-Opening multiple subreddits on top of one another in Slide for Reddit causes major amounts of stuttering.
So is this a raw performance issue? Can other people with this ROM check for these issues too? Do other ROMs have these issues? I'm thinking about trying Resurrection Remix just to see if such problems exist just for this ROM or for my tablet in general.
Somehow the WiFi on my Nexus keeps disconnecting, does anyone have any idea how to repair it ?
Otherwise it is indeed a very good ROM.

No, it is not.
I have tried all the ROMs, WiFi works in all of them without problems !
Anyway, I have installed Validus now and there is no problem !

Lol, both ROMs use the same sources, and I wouldn't have released the ROM if WiFi didn't work properly.

I am sorry, I am a noob as far as these ROMs etc., are considered !
The problem may very well be something with my Nexus or the router or something like that.
Once again I am sorry.
Regards
Very nice Rom, stable and fluid.
It's los kernel but it would be nice to add dt2w in the next builds. I know glitch and elemental got it, but on stock it would be nice too, thx
Edit: anyone got short info about arkamysaudio.apk? Does it improve sound, does it need a configuration? I killed it for arise and dolby sofar
This rom is excellent, remember it in the past, I only miss volume media control and some tiles. Thank you!

Thank you for bringing this awesome rom to our blue line. We desperately needed you ?
Thanks for bringing a new flavor to our Pixels. :good:
Would you mind to share your kernel and device tree?

Yes, I'm still unsure why the both P3 variants aren't getting very much love from devs, but I greatly appreciate you bringing some flavor to our services.

I believe that it has not much to do with "love".
Producing custom ROMs for P3 has become more complex and time consuming. This is just my observation from a development point of view.

Cant wait to give this ROM a try since I've used LiquidRemix in the past. Thanks @slothdabski for this!! Any issues with the initial build? I know the Pixel 3 XL had a few small bugs to start. Just curious if I should wait until the next build.

Ok, hopefully it'll find its way into this ROM. So far its awesome! Just wish I could squeeze for my flashlight when I need it.

That's also what I use squeeze for. LR does have ability to use power button to enable flashlight. So that's what I do on roms without active edge

voLTE. The icon used since it is thinner and better accommodates the reduced status bar space on the 3xl bc of the notch
