Chinese Phone Impossible To Root [Allview E4] [Menu In Chinese but not knockoff] - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Ok so i got an "Allview E4" not the lite version. It's not a chinese fake or knockoff. It's just made in china it works really well, etc... Well, i can't root it.. There is no way to root it, impossible, No "One-click root" softwares/apks work, and also the fact that it has no "install" in the recovery menu isn't helping, oh and it's in chinese as well

NOTE : My phone is the Allview E4 not a samsung, this is just a random pic i found on the internet of someone with the exactly the same menu as i
I'm new to these forums and i was hoping for someone's help.

I'm pretty new to ask this, any idea for to change the rom with a prerooted one? Do i need one specific for my phone model? If so.. I don't think one exists

yeah yeah that thread from 2016 we are now in 2017 and xda removed the links because it from 4shared website
and i dont have enogh time to reupload it to other cloud

For me it worked at first with kingroot.
Then I found boot.img on needrom, and patched it with magisk (via adb/fastboot), and now I have magisk root
