The 2500mah battery is out of production. So if you want the original samsung battery you might buy the 1860mah battery

some peoplea are sayin that those 3200mah are not real just printing on cover for 3200
i am in love with my galaxy s2 but its battery not enough for me i want 24 hours heavy usage battery

I bought the official Samsung extended battery and am happy with it - at least I'm confident the battery will survive the whole day, whereas the original battery was dead before I finished work...! :-(
Whatever you do, don't buy those chinese 3500mah batteries. They are worse than SGS2's stock battery

Have heard this too - that's why I went for original Samsung... Possibly more expensive but genuine!
I would go with the samsung official extended battery, as the non official ones are not very trust worthy.

Any galaxy s3 battery will work perfectly fine. Ive bought an extra battery off ebay for about 3 pound and not a thing wrong with it. It charges fast and doesnt over heat. The Stock GS3 battery is 2100mAh and the extra one i bought was 2500mAh.

I have decided to buy new battery as my old one is about 2.5 years old and doesn't provide good battery backup.
I have shortlisted these 4 Batteries , 2 are of Samsung Orignal galaxy S2 (That's what they are saying) , One 3800 Mah Extended one (Max brand, Seller says it's actually 3200 Mah one inside) , one Anker 1900 Mah one .

Which should one i go for ?
All I want reliable long lasting one with good battery backup and battery should long last for at least an year .
I heard extended ones will have problem with Custom ROM or you can't charge them while they are in phone or they will no last longer.
Anker one have very good reviews .
Also Do you think both of seller in first 2 links are really offering original ones ? If not where i can find the Original Online at Best rate (in India)?
I think after ordering one i can confirm it from the Samsung care myself.

I bought the Anker 1900 Mah from Amazon.co.uk a few years ago and it lasted about 2 years. It is better than the official stock one IMO. You could get the bigger ones, but then the phone becomes bulky.
