iF i am right,CarbonRom 1057 Build can't flash.it is a official issue,i feedbacked,but i don't have newer one.but You can try it late.i will upload both it and early one

I cant uninstall system apps as well using titanium backup

Dont you think that the screenshot posted by the developer is old enough and by now we should have got the update if its available or atleast some update about its development.The mi5 has started getting official builds but the popular redmi note 3 is still not getting one so either its not coming for rn 4 or its too early for us to talk about it
