How do I get past the FRP on a Moto G5 Plus? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have android 7 and the latest security update, march 2018. I bought the phone used and the original owner won't respond. Every method I try to use, the phone just reboots itself. What can I do?
Thank you,

Moto E XT1021 Cricket Hard Brick [PayPal Reward][URGENT]

Hello everybody in this forum, I have a problem, I bought my moto e xt1021 from Cricket 1 year ago, I had never gotten any problem with it, since 2 months ago, my phone started to reboot, then I updated it from OTA automatic to 5.1 Lollipop version, and 4 months later the phone gets a hard brick
I try to turn it on, but the phone freeze it in the boot logo.
I've tried to reinstall the stock ROM:
HTML:
CRICKET_XT1021_4.4.4_KXC21.5-51_cid16_CFC.xml
But I can't bring it back to life, i've tried many ROMs but anything have worked for me.
I can't even unlock the bootloader cause' Cricket doesn't allow.
If someone please have any solution, i'll thank with some $ PayPal cash for your help, if you need more info send me a message.

Please help me - Galaxy S7 failed root causing phone not to boot.

I recently purchased a SM-G930UZKAX. I used a tutorial from theunlockr dot com's website (article dated September 10th, 2016 - sorry as a new user I can't link it)
Once I flashed the Samsung_G930x_QC_Rooted_BOOT.TAR file my device tried to reboot. It shows the Samsung Galaxy 7 splash screen, goes black, and then repeats. It does so over and over.
Factory reset yields the same result.
I can't find a firmware for this specific model online to return it to the stock condition.
I did (prior to trying to root my device) turn on the security feature requiring my PIN to be entered before the device booted - I don't know if this had anything to do with it.
What can I do? Please help.

You have the US version.
Your model is SM-G930U not that you wrote above, you wrote the PDA maybe.
Anyways, here you go:
https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-s7/SM-G930U/
Download the firmware based on the carrier that your phone is locked on.

No firmware security update for H831?

When I try do it from within the settings app, I don't see any new security update. I Also tried with LG Bridge: I'm able to connect to the phone via USB but then, LG Bridge tells me that the phone is already up to date. This is not entirely true since my phone has the 20b firmware (march 1, 2017 security update). There are more recents security update for Android but, they are nowhere to be seen on the LG G5. I called LG phone support and the guy on the line had no idea when those updates would arrive. Knowing that we can't unlock bootloader, I'm pretty sure this will be my last LG phone.
I'm a tinkerer so please LG, if you refuse to give us updates when they are needed, at least give us the option to do it ourself by installing LineageOS. It just show that this company doesn't care about its customer.

The dreaded OEM Unlock missing (PIE ONE UI S9+)

Hey guys!
Ive now tried everything. (I think). After modding my s9+ back and forth I grew tired of all the different roms issues and went back to stock. Finally PIE was out stock! =) YAY
But now after flashing this I can not get the OEM unlock back to be able to LOCK the bootloader again. I really want Google pay back..... Ive waited 14 days. nothing. tried the reset date trick 15 times. no luck. any other ideas? Could it be that I used a german official PIE rom when Im in Norway? GER vs TEN) ?
Are people seeing the Unlock button on PIE at all? Ive waited waaay over the time period now.... hmm
I don't think OEM unlock has anything to do with locking the bootloader.
Hi form Spain. I have a problem with OEM unlock. After flash my Samsung S9+ with a Elementalx Kernel, the OEM unlock always restore from factory my phone. what can i do?
I flashed stock Official Samsung PIE OS on January 5th. Still no OEM unlock!!!!!!!!!!!
Follow some famous 7-day bypass methods on google and try a factory reset. That gave me the switch back when I was on early P betas.
hi all
same problem for me, no oem unlock, even using date and update.
is there a way to unlock and change bootloader to twrp again ?
thanks
regards
I know this isnt the correct thread just wanted to add Im missing mine too after flash of Pie but still have my TWRP no matter what I flash it stays on, Ive tried Pixel and Dot both to buggy so Unofficial 9 Pie Lineage is way better but still some bugs.

it could easily be the csc vs actual sim card. Flash the CSC for the area youre using the phone in, boot it up and wait 168 hours without rebooting and maintaining cell connection. Teh unlock should appear then

What are my options to Root Honor 9?

I have an STF-L09 currently on build STF-L09 8.0.0.385(C432) and security patch 1 February 2019.
It was before rooted on Android 7, the bootloader has also been unlocked using dc-unlockers.
Somehow the device got bricked. I was trying to recover it and one of my tries was to update it to Android 9, which made the phone to come back alive.
Then I tried DC unlockers to read the bootloader code again (cause silly me I didn't note it down) but, unfortunately it does not work on android 8 and above (from what I understand).
I managed to downgrade it to Android 8 using the Suite but I can't find any instructions on how to proceed from there?
My final aim is to have my device rooted on Android 9. Is that possible? I read somewhere about the testing pin etc. Im willing to do it, if the instructions are in detail.
I also wanted to add that I contacted a member of this community called "OldDroid" on the 21st October and he promised me that he can unlock the bootloader for me and it will cost me 10 Euro.
I sent him the money right away but, until today he is ignoring my messages on Telegram. He gave me a few files that did not work but that was it. After that the only responses was complains about his bad ISP so he can't upload the required files, and about his busy routine. I Asked for money back but still, message has been read but no reply.
