I've attempted to flash resurrection remix rom v6.1 and also tried 6.0 on my Xiaomi redmi note 4 (snapdragon) but it gave me the Error:7.
What do I do? I have no backups and the official site for MIUI rom is down for maintenance.

You flashed with a non treble recovery. Use this and flash.

Can u prove flashing tutorials. Akso if i bricked what should i do. Just flash fimaware with mi flash only?

Firstly you need to officially unlocked the bootloader then Fellow the instruction to flash twrp: http://en.miui.com/thread-296053-1-1.html, after that changed to alka twrp for flashing official miui rom, root and installed exposed framework by solarwarez.

Yes, make sure pc recognize your device.
cam I flash ota using twrp
Just did it....flawless...just ensure u use option 4 of the tool...did it on miui 8 latest update...

download the stable build, and flash it. it will install the stock recovery, just make sure not to install magisk or supersu

Do you know how to perform ota updates with magisk installed (this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-4/how-to/guide-root-using-magisk-stock-recovery-t3718203). The complete fault-proof method.
I don't know I dislike MIUI so my knowledge is limited about it.

If you want to flash stock miui rom you must do it by fastboot by mi flash tool.
The last global stable is 10.2.3.0
Download the rom for mido from here. http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
Be careful to download the right rom.

But I just remembered that I have twrp of stock miui that came with my phone 2 years ago. Would it be possible to restore it now from treble twrp? Because when I made it there was no treble partition talks .

You need an other twrp not the official i think.
Redwolf recovery but you must reserts for this i dont know how you can do it.
