the alipay app in the watch has taken place of the settings and now the settings are only in one of the hidden apps in the mi fit app and whenever I drag them upper to the "shown apps" and hit the save button, it shows me an X and then couldn't save.
I have only flashed a font file to recognise my country's characters
the fw version is 1.1.5.04
btw, I cant even shut down the watch without the settings, let alone changing face.
I have same problem! I have android phone.. But when we dowload mifit program to my friends apple phone and I log in with my accound, I can change alipay to hidden and settings are showing. Then I log in back to my android, and setting menu hidden again..
I found youtube video ”fix missing settings menu on amazfit bip” but it is not working for me. It just say you cant save
My amazfit bip has the same issue. the app Mi Fit don't want to disable alipay shortcut and neither to activate settings shortcut. After reading tons of informations i supposed that this issues is related to language of phone. If we use english, it is possible to activate settings shortcut. I tried it and it's not working.
I hope it will come an update for mi fit soon.
I have the same issue with a fresh new amazfit bip. It has the same fw version, I opened a ticket for xiaomi to solve this.
Update: after setting the phone language to English and restarting it the settings menu shows in the watch. However, the menu reordering still not working from the app... But at least the settings is available.

Works for me. Uninstalled mi fit. Changed phone language to English (United Kingdom), set priority to it. Restarted phone. installed mi fit and settings menu now is available

I download new android version today from google play! They have fix the problem now. That **** alipay go to hidden and settings come back to watch!

And if so could someone please explain to me how to pair it. Notify and fitness mentions unpairing from the mifit app and only pairing with notify, but when I do this the watch only shows the connect to app icon. I would love to just use notify as mifit and notified seem to fight sometimes.
Yes, you can. I use it all the time and don't have Mi fit installed.
Just click on the menu button (3 lines in top left)
Then in the menu that shows, scroll down to the option: Re-Pair with Amazfit
It will disconnect (if connected) and then pair again with the Amzfit Bip.
Works great and there is less battery loss then with Mi Fit.
Do you pair originally with mifit then uninstall it? When I unpaired with mifit nothing I do in Notify takes the watch off the connect to phone screen. Notify says it's paired but the watch doesn't.

Yes, i started on my phone with the Mi fit app, but for my wife i never installed Mi fit.
What you can do after unpairing Mi fit, is using N&F and then install the latest firmware.
See here for a description what to do (follow all steps 1 through 5 except the Chinese characters step). The description is for step 5 (GPS), but simply start with 1.

Thank for the replies, unfortunately it's just not working. When I have Mifit uninstalled and paired with Notify, when I try to update the firmware it disconnects from Notify. I can re-pair the watch in Notify but when the firmware update starts its disconnects.
I love the concept of Notify and the custom notifications but I'm about to get a refund on the pro purchase and just use the stock software for consistency.
I tried to uninstall Mi Fit and pair through Notify. The pairing icons wouldn't go away from the watch. It looked like the phone was getting data from the watch, but the watch was not recognizing it was paired. There is a Reddit thread https://www.reddit.com/r/AmazfitBip/comments/8dhyft/do_i_need_to_keep_mi_fit_when_using_another_app/ with other people having this issue. It would be nice to only have to run one app on the phone to cut down on battery usage.
I figured it out. In the notify app, go to settings and under the advanced tab, scroll down to where it says something about the official mi fit app. Select the app isn't installed and your watch should connect to the notify app

I have a problem with my amazfit pace.
I have MiFit installed and paired (as well as Amazfit app).
Whn I install Notify and fitness asks me for permissions wich I grant and asks if the watch is correctly paired.
After that I get to a Screen with several app list to activate notifications or not but I'm not able to go to the main page with all the features...
Is this happening to someone else?

I would like to say thank you to the devs of this app. I'm a paid user and I have a question. Is there a way to use Notify App for only integration with Sleep as Android? I use the amazfit app as I like their graphs better. Thanks
Today I noticed a load of strange apps showing in the app drawer of my Amazfit Pace (Global version):
HM Media... (Opens some kind of internet radio thing)
BLE Connect
Wear Airpla... (With the apple icon)
Launcher (with the windows icon - returns to the home screen)
Some app with a Chinese name
And a few more.
The only things I've installed are Amazmod and Amazfit Music, and they were both around a week ago.
Does anyone have a clue what these strange apps/shortcuts are and how I can hide them?
EDIT: Finally found it. There's an option in the Amazmod app on phone to 'enable apps list' and 'disable apps list'. The notification says 'Disable' fails every time, but if you restart the watch, it does take effect.

1. adb shell
2. settings get secure clone_app_list
answer is: null
3. settings put secure clone_app_list "com.facebook.katana;com.facebook.orca"
as wanted dual messanger and fb
4. nothing, nothing at all :crying:

5. switch off, and then on phone and leave it for few seconds and You will see "twin app is updating" leave it for good 10mins and phone will duplicate all basic google apps (there is no twin app, and will be no any twin app) but somehow in Settings --> Accounts You will see not only "Personal" accounts but "Twin" now There is no any Twin App so You can't clone any app, but all accounts You can now like FB, messanger, Google services...

When I was using watsap and chatting my foreign friends, when I copied their text, the google translator was automatically appearing.
But now, after the android update, it doesnt happen. I tried settings in translator app but there is nothing to enable that.
Settings > Tap to translate > Enable
did not work.
How can I make the translator app button automatically appear whenever i copy a foreign language text?

Did you checked show over other apps permission for that?
Or just reinstall it?

just got my 47mm GTR watch and using it with ZEPP.
my phone Language is English and I want that my phone Language will be in Hebrew or at least be able to get notification in hebrew,
current all notifications with Hebrew font show questions marks ...
any workaround?

if you use iPhone, just go to phone settings> scroll down until you see Zepp app, open it and change the preferred language to the language you want. then go home screen and open the Zepp app. it will connect to your watch and update the resources to match the new language. it will take time.
i have an iPhone in English and I was able to put my GTR watch in Arabic with this trick.
if your phone is android, then I am sorry I have no idea how to do it.
