After making our device root, the mistake was not being able update our SuperSU through play store, however, if you can do through CWM or TWRP
I do not take responsibility for brick on their devices, follow the instructions completely
1- Download the Zip file SuperSU 1.91
2- Without decompressing the file, leave it in the root of the SD Card
3- Start the device in recovery mode, select install zip from SDcard option and select the file "UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.91.zip"
4- wait until the device restarts and ready
After you install this update the SuperSU may update without problem from the same play store, Fixed Bug
I remind you that this is the update before this if you are not root have to do the steps in this post.

How I Root a Rom whit Knox bootloader and appl (from I9205):
- First of all I have a appl superuser.apk (SuperSU v1.80) on extSdCard. For now I prefer this version.
- Flash by Odin the i920x-cwm-recovery.tar.md5.
- (For now I prefer the PhilZ-touch-recovery-6.0.4.6. Thanks @Phil3759). Reboot.
- Power off. On recovery by Power + Vol-up I flash the UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.80.zip from Chainfire. Thanks @Chainfire . Root but not Busybox.
- After reboot the SuperSU can stop sometimes, it is installed on system/app and Knox not permit all access at system.
- Then, whit Explorer from Rom I go at extSdCard and touch on superuser.apk and install it. This way the apk is installed on data/app. Root solved.
- Now we can touch on icon SuperSU, this start and ask us to invalidate Knox. We must say Yes.
- Installed Busybox 1.22.1 of Stericson from Play Store. Verified whit "Root Verifier". It's all, we have all root now.
PS: On Mega I9205 and S4 Mini I9195 I must always begin by 1.80. On 4.2.2 the UPDATE's-SuperSU 1.86, 1.89 and 1.91 work bad. This have mod's to 4.3+ and not work well on 4.2.2 afaik. I never flash that 3 last UPDATE's on 4.2.2. Update after by Play Store, single the SuperSU, now 1.93.

so confusing. though i tried the OPs method.. flashed correctly.. it showed android is updating.. but still SU app fails to upgrade from 1.41.. any clue? , even clean removal and reinstallation from playstore is mission impossible. will reloading through odin and rerooting solve the ish?

Remede : Unroot du tel après démarrage
Avant de commencer : ! Faire un backup cwm ! et une copie de votre app superuser
Dans votre app suseruser autoriser les app au démarrage
Tester vos applis root et essayer d’appliquer les mods au démarrage (exemple : no frills CPU)
1: Verifier et déplacer les composants installés:
Tool: "Got Root ?"
lancer test run et regarder les composants installés
Tool : link2sd (ou autre) :
Déplacer l’app supersu en app utisateur si app system
2 : Désinstaller busy box si present dans System/xbin
Tool : “Busy box free”
Si Busy box est installé par la rom elle même il faut réinstaller avec “Busy box free” par dessus.
Ensuite désinstaller busy box avec “Busy box free”
3 : Cacher l’ appli « Super user » et conserver le root au démarrage
Tools : “Hide my root”
Utiliser Uninstall su app ; sélectionner le Super user installé et le désinstaller
4: Redémarrer le tel :
5 : Cacher su binary ( fichier « su » dans System/xbin ) et vérifier :
Tools : “Hide my root”
Utiliser : Hide su binary (Ensuite Hide my root sera capable de restaurer « su »)
Tool: "Got Root ?"
lancer test run et regarder les composants installés (False partout)
! Vous pouvez lancer beIN SPORT !
Si vous voulez re-rooter le tel :
Tools : “Hide my root” restore su binary pui réinstaller votre app superuser avec votre copie

I'm using Cyanogen 13.0 on a OnePlusOne.
It's possible de desativate the root in the developper option but it's no enough for BeIn Sports app.
It would probably be easier to hack this application to enjoy a service I'm paying for ........
This seems to be to much trouble and I want to be able to use Tasker and BeinSport without rebooting the phone >.<

Unfortunately it doesn't work either. Bein detects root even with latest magisk and suhide.

when i go into cwm and look for super su, theres nothing there says file not found, but when i check on sd card on my laptop, i can find the super su apk, what am i missing here, i assume if i can get cwm recovery up i have installed that correctly??

Este Problema e num HTC ONE (htccn_chs), chipset: mt6582, como DUAS camaras sao de 8MP oU SEJA nao ha Como Fazer UMA Recuperação ... nao tem informaçoes não xda parágrafo Este Modelo ... a unica Maneira e Poder Fazer alteraçoes nsa ficheiros vold ... Menos um k alguem Saiba Como Fazer uMA Recuperação ... situacao Muito Complicada OU SEJA Perdi o movel.

This problem and a HTC ONE (htccn_chs) chipset: mt6582, the two cameras are 8MP ie there is no how to do a recovery ... has no information on xda for this model ... the only way and be able to make alterations in vold k files ... unless someone knows how to do a recovery ... very complicated situation or the mobile is lost.

Ares 8A no OS
Hi, friends i have Ares 8A NX16A8116K PB
By Accidentally deleted system file while installing TWRP/root.
I can access TWRP but no OS. Have no system backup file.
Looking for STOCK OS or equal OS that can be installed through TWRP.
I have tried all related forum custom ROM but no success.
I have stock imgs i took but mine is bricked too. I can get to bios with OTG + keyboard. But all partitions were deleted to install Lubuntu (isn't great). I'll upload my .imgs if it helps. If you can get yours going, would you help get mine going? I think I'd need a "dd" of your entire /dev/block/mmcblk0.

Samsung models doesn't had Fastboot mode but you can check the OEM Unlock in developer options (I tink is available on my A022M with android R)
At this moment due to the chipset (MT6739W) we can't see twrp for now (I had another model with same chipset and those model doesn't had twrp it's a moto e 6 play)
And a permanently root for now is not possible but temporary root can work I tink Temp root for MTK ArmV8

mtk-su will not work, the phone is too new
your best bet will be this tool but it hasnt really been tested against samsungs https://github.com/bkerler/mtkclient
