It's a common issue on AOSP ROMs, so I cannot really do much about it. You can try avoid double tapping at the sensor's area to prevent it from occurring.

Hi I have got this weird issue where i am not able to past the lock screen, the screen goes black for a moment and then i come back to the lock screeen again and this keeps happening infinitely. Restarted the phone a lotta times still issue persists. I have tried on stock kernel and MINT kernel too. I love this rom! Please let me know of any workaround if there is one!

Is there a chance this will work for the A505N? Not asking to shift blame in the event that it doesn't work but just for knowledge sake.

This happens because you flashed a kernel after you set up your rom, kernels have an issue with roms that have a passcode or fingerprints already set for security, flash "Pass Reset" in TWRP
you can find the file at the A50 development telegram group
If you cant do it, just boot back into recovery and reflash everything, this time flash the kernel after you flashed the rom so you dont get the same error.
Basic things just
Erase what you need
Flash rom
Flash kernel
Reboot.

Just look out
If it has FN in the name it means it only works with the A50 that has NFC
F is just the phones that doesnt have NFC built in

Both work amazingly

Twrp installs fine but then I get an error message when installing the rom during the system image patching process. I tried using two different versions of TWRP incase that was the issue which were ODIN-TWRP_v3.6.1-Unofficial_a50-1646266296.tar (https://github.com/TenSeventy7/android_recovery_exynos9610_ci/releases/tag/ci_33) and TWRP_v3.5.0_A505_A11_Magisk.tar.

Thats weird
I use TWRP 3.6.0_9-0 and it works absolutely fine for me
Maybe try that version out or download those Twrp again and reflash them but as far as i know if you want to use android 12 you have yo flash 3.6.x + (+ stands for "and above")
I dont remember where i got it tho

Ok I tried TWRP 3.6.1 from different places but to no avail. I'm gonna try SHRP next. It isn't a specific rom issue as pixel experience also fails to install at the same place.

Ok so I got it to install and boot but I'm having trouble with Wi-Fi and network (the signal jumps from full signal to no service every ten seconds and back). Am I missing something or is there a device specific issue. My phone is the A505N variant (the south Korea variant) if that changes things. things work fine on the stock rom.
