Thank you very much for your tips you guys are really awesome. i have successfully installed cm 13 in my galaxy s3 and its doing great thanks to you, but sir i am facing a problem here that after finishing all the installations setup when i configure my mob it show that no sim card is inserted in it though sim card is inserted in it but it dont show sim card and signals. Kindly help me with this.I will be very great full to you.

No don't worry u do not have to tell me ur IMEI just see if ur IMEI is 0004411 or like that which start from 0 that means ur IMEI was corrupted and if the IMEI would start from 3 then your IMEI is OK :good:

after installing marshmallow in my s3 model GT-i9300 it shows an unknown written in its IMEI.

I don't think you can change IMEI. It should be hardware related.
