Hi Anybody out there know how to reset the call timer on both the XDA I and XDA II.
My Wallaby Bootloader is V5.17 and radio version is 4.21 on the XDA I.

Starting the upgrade says the version of this new rom is 1.72, that was my version before upgrading to 2.06.
Enters bootloader mode (version 1.02)
Then just sits there, nothing else, nada.
Killed processes and started again, this time the upgrade is working away. It's at 30% I'll let you guys know what happens.

Right, well all it did was downgrade my device back to ROM1.72 and back to the non-se version. I'm sure this isn't a IIs ROM.

Looks like a typo to me, if you look down the left hand side of the page you will see that this is a ROM for the XDA 2 not the 2s:

As you can see from the bold and highlighted sections of the menu, you are in the XDA 2 section of the website. This must mean that the ROM has been mistakenly written up as being for the XDA 2s.

I disagree, the file downloaded is

This clearly states Xda_IIs! However, be warned it's not! haha, so it's another minor mistake by O2.

im in indonesia, been bought photon from ebay yesterday, but i have a problem, i cannot check my balance via USSD, n then i tried to update my software with rsd lite with 45.3.7 version, but it still same, my USSD won't work.
i have looked for explanation, chat with motorola support and browse this forum for several day, but i have no clue what i supposed to do,

As it was mentioned before, there is no solution.
is there any fixes for USSD now? my photon sprint doesnt read incoming USSD

you can send USSD code without problems with USA radio (sprint radio). But you'll never get a reply (exception is if you'll open sim tools applications (stk) and use those menus. there you'll able to send ussd code and receive right answers).
Hope I said all info you needed. no progress in that. it's radio related.

I've bought galaxy 2 with ANDROID 2.3.1 year ago.
2 mounths ago i've upgraded the system to 4.0.4 and all was okay.
but yesterday I upgraded the system to 4.1.2 and it alerted me that I need to insert SIM PIN code.
I putted the sim pin code I was given and it wasnt valid.
I changed alot of systems and retrived to 4.0.4 and still the problem.
I tried Galaxy S2 SIM Unlock app from market didnt help.
Tried Galaxim , cost money dont have credit card.
Please help me to solve this problem and upgrade my phone to a good firmware.

The app is free but the unlock costs.

Think Galaxsim doesnt work becouse im not root.
When triend to root getting error that sdcard isnt found.
so much problems please help 3 days without cellphone.
Hummm...yeah, you need root and no, the old version is frew here at xda.

I'm having the same problem as OP...
So to use the app you need to be rooted but to use siyah's and ODIN u need to be network unlocked...

Older Odin versions sometimes work better than newer ones.

First check you are on gsm mode or not. If not select gsm.

I used the thread that guides you into using the different radio and dialing in some codes to unlock mine. It's here on xda all you have to do is search for it. Don't forget to flash your radio back after unlocking.
