I kinda get messed up in here, so sorry for asking a questions that has probably already been answered.
I have an XDA2 produced in Germany.
It has been flashed by T-Mobile with a german T-Mobile MDA2 Rom (i use to be T-Mobile Customer in Germany)
ROM Version: 1.60.00GER
ROM Date: 12/03/03
RadioStack Version: 1.06.01
Protocol Version: 1337.16
ExtRom Version: 160.07
i have now moved to australia and i would like to
1) Get my XDA to be in English
2) Get rid of the T-Mobile or o2 branding.
I use Telstra as a GSM provider in Australia now ... what would be the best rom for that.
I had already tried to upgrade my ROM with the my-xda.com (ASIA & Oceania edition) but it always give me a country-code error (N-3-3-3-8 or something like that).
+ Im and absoulte noob when it comes to ROM's and those things.
Could anyone give me a nudge in the right direction or even a bit more that that maybe ?

I would go for a Qtek rom, at least it's "clean" so you can install and set it up the way you like...
You'll find the 1.60.21 Rom in another thread. (Or you could wait for the 1.66)

From T-Mobile ROM:

To Qtek ROM from Dangaard:
ROM Version: 1.60.00WWE
ROM Date; 12/03/03

ExtRom Version: 1.60.21
using these commands and the xda2nbftool:
xda2nbftool -d NK.nbf nk.nba 921211
xda2nbftool -sd PH10 -so TMOBILE -sl WWE -v nk.nba
xda2nbftool -sd PH10 -so TMOBILE -sl WWE -v ms_.nbf
xda2nbftool -sd PH10 -so TMOBILE -sl WWE -v Radio_.nbf
xda2nbftool -e nk.nba NK.nbf 921211

Since you already have a Qtek, you don't need to modify the ROM with the xda2nbftool.
Just run himaupgradeut

My operator didn't relase 1.72 version yet
Which ROM I should use ?

The files included the Instruction...
Don't bother anymore with radio because i change diff radio rom version (1.08/1.17/1.18 Radio rom ver) to have rec/cam button solution but no avail because its a bootloader compatibilty(its also a very big risk to replaced the bootloader version...you've got a totally dead xdall if the bootloader upgrade/downgrade failed).

You have an incorrect rom files naming:
should have
ms_.nbf
radio_.nbf
nk.nbf
Will this AKU 3.3 Update package will install on my Imate K-Jam (already official AKU 2.0 installed from imate) having
ROM version: 2.16.9.1 WWE
Radio version: 02.07.10
Protocol version: 413.1.03
ExtROM version: 2.16.9.101
IPL: 2.16.0001
SPL: 2.16.0001
Probably a G4 device.
