Is it really a T-MOBILE ? If it is a qtek you can try Novabase Portugal. I heard that they are having PT roms

CHT is a famous telecom in Taiwan.
They have very good partnership with HTC. If you're looking the CHT original ROM. Try to visit http://www.mobile01.com/
