I changed the rom of my french orange SPV M1000 with the imate 1.72.
Can Anyone give the french orange rom or is there a way to extract it from another phone which has it?

Of course. Find another M1000 whit orange Rom. Install on it Extendet_ROM tools, in this way you can view or edit the Rom. Download the Rom or *.cab you need on the PC. Make the same step on your Phone, et voilà!

Which extension does it have your file? for example filename.nbf or somethings else, in this way can know where to begin!

I do not have *.nbf.
THe question I think ishow I get the *.nbf?

Is there by chance anywhere an original O2 xdaII GERMAN ROM available?
I have bought an T-Mobile MDA II but am using mainly O2 as network.
I had an O2 xda I before and I'm missing certain O2 goodies, such as the Smart Menu and the Autoconfiguration and such.
I'm completely happy with the T-Mobile ROM in general, but maybe there's a chance of "mixing" these two roms together, just for the sake of the applications.
Anyone any ideas or links? Will be greatly appreciated!

I have the extended rom from my UK xda2, its in english but the auto config will let you choose German for setting up of the connections

o2 GER ExtendedRom
Opened my Ext Rom and copied all the files to my HDD. Hope that's the correct way to extract it...

It finally worked out quite well!
I found this site here: http://www.smartphone4u.de/xda2/tipps_tricks/extended_rom.html (attention - it's in german) and they explain the trick step-by-step.
In simple words:
I just got the T-Mobile German 1.60.07 update, started installation, changed the extended ROM File (ms_.nbf) with ER2003Edit, put all the O2 goodies (incl. T-Mobiles GPRS_monitor) in it, continued the update, hard reset - and viola: An german O2 xdaII with everything in it - and I LOVE it. Say what you like - O2 did a great job with customization!

Do you have a FTP where I can UL for you? it's 24MB

i have one problem with my q-tek s100,i have done a terrible mistake.... i wanted to update it and i put wrong rom in it.. :X i have put dutch version omg.. my s100 is in greek but i thing i can install it US version? So when i try to install diferent rom it disconects from pc and it goes to screen 'usb or serial and down version 1.0'..How can i unistall it? Plz help. :'(

don't worry, your device just stuck in bootloader mode caused the rom that is incompatible with the device ! try to reconnect to the PC and flashing with the official rom which can be obtained at http://shipped-roms.com/index.php?category=windows%20mobile&model=Himalaya
Hi. I've just been through 32 pages of "Sin" :wink: , but i'm VERY confused.
I simply just need a link to a stable, working WM2003SE ROM, that will work on my M1000 (without a lot of settings from Australia, Germany etc., but it would be nice with some of the popular applications (intellipad, backpack etc.). I think I need the 2.06 version (is that correct?).
Could any of you guys provide that? I would be very highly appriciated. I'm a newbie and stuck .

I had problems with and I installed Rom HTC.
As I always have problems, I want to put back Rom Orange.
For Rom HTC, it was easy because it was one file .exe
But for Rom Orange, it is a Zip with 4 files .raw
How it is necessary to make?

You downloaded a dumped rom, you can't flash this. You need a shipped rom, read the wiki.

But thre will be the new AKU3.3 Rom soon, probably Orange too.
