I possess the device MDA-II the model No..: PH10A, ROM ver.: 1.72.00WWE, THE RADIO ver.:1.17.00, ExtROM ver.:1.72.165 probably this is QTEK2020 but on CD written is QTEK 2060 so I do not know so really what is this. Please help to take off to me simlock.

Hello I have a XDA2 (QTEK2020) locked with ONE AUSTRIA i tried to unlock it with XDA2UNLOCK but the Software means your phone is already unlocked ..... but after the next reboot the message network is locked !?!?!

are you sure you are taking the right steps to unlock it ??
you are suppose to copy xda2unlock-v2.2.exe on to your device and then run it after that it provides all the information.....
and by "but the Software means" what do you mean ?? do you mean that after running the tool it says phone already unlocked ???
