how to use IR port to deploy application built by .net2003 - MDA, XDA, 1010 General

I am programming my device using .net 2003 framework ,and i cannot deploy my application to test it to my device noe because the usb connector is damaged now ,how to make deploy using IR port which i have in my desktop and my device.
NOTE: I tried to tranfer the exe file of my application to my device via IR and the operation successed but when i try to execute it in device it gives me that there are missing files must be on device .
what sould i do to test my application on my device and transfer it via IR.
regards.

Have you tried setting ActiveSync to use IR. I did this once or twice and was successful.
Once the connection is setup you should be able to debug over it (if slowly) and copy files using Activesync Explore.
What files is it complaining about? .NET files or parts of your own application?

Execute app on PC from PocketPC

Does anyone know of a piece of software available that allows you to start a specified application on a PC from a PocketPC over Wireless/Activesync ?
Something like this http://www.beyondlogic.org/solutions/remoteprocess/BeyondExec.htm but for the PPC....
Thanks
therminal services and winvnc let you take over the computer display from your ppc
Thanks Rudegear, I've taken a look at things like that but I only want to execute an app not have to do it via taking over the computer if you see what I mean.
Eg: I want to have a single file I can run (a bit like a batch file) to just send the command to the PC which will then execute the desired program.
Cheers
Neil

Get activesync connection, for those who can´t[ROM'S]

Hello people,
As everyone knows, there are people who cant connect the new Roms with ActiveSync, for those who cant, we will post here the rigth ones.
Let´s go guys, let's do some work for us... and encourage the people to cook for us too!
The Roms tested:
BD's v5 (Blackdragon) - Thanks mkoch5 for test it.
Best Regards
have u tried this?
1. Keep the WM device connected.
2. Go to Start > Start Search.
3. Enter Device Manager or devmgmt.msc to launch the Device Manager window.
4. Look under the Network adapters node for Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter. If this is not present, skip to step 5. Otherwise, right-click Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter and choose to Uninstall.
5. Look under the Mobile Devices node for Microsoft USB Sync. If this is not present, skip to step 6. Otherwise, right-click Microsoft USB Sync and choose to Uninstall.
6. Disconnect and reconnect the WM device. The device driver for the PPC Phone will re-install and Windows Mobile Device Center will launch.

Install .exe file Without PC

Hi All Genius Developpers!
As You Already Know, there are said to be Two Types( Exactly Speaking, 3 kind) of .exe files that One could directly be run on Windows Mobile Device and the Other ought to be installed through USB or ActiveSync by PC Manually, this latter type are common and almost of them.
But It's Really awkward and troublesome to connect with PC Every Time, whether with wire or wireless, isn't it!!!???
Then,Why Not Possible to Install .exe file normally installed through PC WITHOUT PC!?
The Genius Developpers HERE Who Marerialized The Method which Enables ROM Flashing Without PC that Had been thought to be IMPOSSIBLE thus far, Could Find Out The Way Installing .exe File Without PC, couldn't They!!!???
Or Veteran Developpers Here Already Know How to Do That and Doing Normally?
Tell me The Reality is!
Isn't There Any Way!?
Course it is posible, beacuse this exe files copy on PPC a cab file.
Only problem is - where the PC have "temp" for this instalation.
If you find it, you will find a cab files to install this programs/games on your PPC.
At least I think so, because once I did so.

[Q] wifi file transfer from windows xp to android

Yes, I did search. I didn't find what I was looking for.
I have a Samsung Galaxy 5 player running gingerbread. I'm trying to access files on it from my WinXP box via wifi. This seems like it should be a very common thing to do, but I simply can't find it. If I plug it into a usb port, I can access the drives. Can this be done via wifi?
Again, I want to access the android from the PC. Not the other way around.
Thanks for any help.
Three possible solutions pop into my mind (I guess there are many more):
1) Use a ftp server on the phone and access the files using that.
2) Use AirDroid or a similar app. It will give you wireless access to your phone's file.
3) This includes something that you said you didn't necessarily want to do but should also work: Use an app such as ES File Explorer and connect to your Windows XP PC via network. You can share a folder over the network (with write access) and then you can copy files from your android to your pc. But I guess that is the least ideal solution of the above.
I hope that the apps mentioned above are available for your device and that a method works.
Thanks, Fabur. I'm sure one of them will work.
The reason that "android -> pc" isn't an option is that much of the time, I'm using it as a wifi camera to monitor what my dogs are doing elsewhere in the house. But it would be nice to be able to access the files on the player from my pc.

How to recieve files from a computer over Wi Fi ?

I am trying to transfer a file from a computer to my mobile.
The main problem is that
(1) the computer does not have bluetooth
(2) the usb ports are set to read-only mode
(3) I do not have administrator access to the windows 10 OS of my computer.
That means, I cannot install any software on windows that requires administrator access, as most softwares require. However, the computer has fully working Wi-Fi.
Is there any method of sending a file from computer to my android phone, over Wi-Fi, with minimal softwares to be installed on windows ?
I can, however, run any standalone .exe file or install a software that does not require admin access.
I am using Windows 10 64-bit and I can use any android of the following versions: 4.3, 4.4.2, 4.4.4, 5.1, 6.0.
[Another option would be to connect the phone and use the MTP or PTP protocol or to use usb debugging with adb push but I am trying to avoid those]

DOWNLOAD PORTABLE .EXE FILE
Edit:
And follow the link below after choosing files. Don't get the app on the phone (Minimal )
(And hit thanks?)
