I've bought an I-Mate PDA2k but the connector looks different as the Qtek2020 (my old phone). Then i can't use the same accessories...

I know the QTek 2020 has a backpack module, which is an extended battery + CF card reader + VGA output. I looked for something similar for QTek 9090, and some places claim it should have a similar accessory (mostly old blurbs about Blue Angel). Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate a single place which sells the QTek 9090 backpack. QTek 2020's backpack is ery rare too, but it can be found in some places... and it seems it is not compatible with QTek 9090.
Does it exist? Anyone can point a shop which sells it? Or was it an announced product which never materialized (aka vaporware)?

Does anybody know where to get a full Hermes100 Housing with a german keyboard? I looked on EBAY (.de/.com), but without good results.
Favourite design is QTek 9600 / Dopod 838Pro or the black HTC Design (not shure what the name was).
Would pay ~50€ (~65US$) within shipping to Germany.
