Dear all,
I have a very dumb question. How do I find the bootloader version number on my O2 XDA II machine? Thank you.
Go to bootloader mode (hold Power Button + Directional Pad + Reset Button)
Hi,
Does it cause a hard reset? Thanks.

Hello, As the title say, I'm trying to remove Emergency Call button from the lockscreen (CM11)
I always press it by mistake... Do you have any idea to delete it ?
I don't want to use a non-stock Lockscreen.
Thanks

Yes, it is possible. I installed This:
forum. kodi. tv /showthread.php ?tid= 180446
and now i get the splashscreen of MX Linux, then XBMC then nothing. First Run everything was fine.
I have no Idea how to get into recovery Mode, the Procedure with holding the power Button while pluggin in the power cord doesnt work. I didn't work on the original firmware either. Do you have any idea how to get into the recovery mode at the sindwinder 4?

This patch will remove annoying inscriptions that the bootloader is unlocked.
The loader itself will remain unlocked, only the labels will be removed when the device is turned on.
Install from TWRP. Works on all A2017, A2017G, A2017U
Do not use on devices with encrypted memory!
Don't work on A2017U rom: B19/B25
Perhaps this patch does not fit your smartphone individually! All at your own peril and risk!

Yours faithfully,

Whoa, that's awesome... Only a couple of questions
Will this work on non-stock roms, with tampered bootloaders and stuff?
Would this work on another phone, namely op3T?
Is the screen hidden (I can hit the volume keys and select another mode like recovery) or just totally bypassed?

To enter the recovery works "Vol.+ and pwr". I'll check.

No, he was referring to only pressing any of the volume keys while on the splash screen to activate the options menu, where you can choose to enter fastboot, recovery, power off, etc... Not the completely manual method of key combinations.

Hello,
Is there any way to replace the captive Keys with software buttons? Is this possible without root?
No it is not possible without root, as to make this happen, you need add a line in the end of build.prop
Yeah, there should be a option in the Settings Menu to enable on screen button's which will disable the capacitive buttons.
That can be easily done by honor if it wants to

You didn't get my idea it seems
I meant it can be easily done from honor's side, by releasing an update with a toggle for software buttons (On/Off)
As for us, only root will make this happen now but, by modifying build.prop

Hello everyone, I have a problem after installing TWRP (Honor 9 STF-L09). The left and right capacitive buttons do not work but the blue lights come on. The middle one works normally. Any idea to solve this?
