I'm trying to get my BT headset working with my ameo. At first I could only get Headset capability's. After installing zoa2dp_113.cab file the stereo headset profile worked once. Now I can't get it to work anymore.
Can anyone help me please?

try to uninstall. if not, hardreset.
the athena wiki has instructions for a2dp

Yes A2DP is active on ameo.
You may not need to do anything to the original settings, except delete two items. Look here

Edit: You may not have to delete the bitpool items. Use the above settings , but keep Jointstereo at 1. Just got pm from some audiophile
This issue has already been discussed here on Ameo. People should learn to SEARCH before asking the same questions all over
It's not the same question.
The X7501 Advantage has a different ROM from the Ameo/X7500 and it runs on WM6 and not WM5.
So before I go messing with the registry, I thought I would ask to see if anyone else checked on those settings for the newer device.
So I guess no one checked?

FYI: Bluetooth Registry Settings on WM6 X7501
It appears that the settings did not change.
I downloaded Resco Explorer v6.10:
http://www.resco.net/pocketpc/explorer/downloads.asp
and the files are located in a somewhat different file:
HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\A2DP\Settings
Then follow the instructions on this thread for WM6 settings, which are different from the above settings:

I am playing with the settings now, and I can't see a difference, and whats worse, I get drop outs of about a second when listening to music with my Jabra BT8010
Update:
Having good luck with these settings:
UseJointStereo = 1
SampleRate = 48000
and deleting these settings:
BitPool
MaxSupportedBitPool

first of all thanks for this wm6 rom.
some problems which i faced in this rom.
1.bluetooth wireless stereo not supported
2.there is no menu sound
3.live search is not working.
please try to fix this problem jiggs.

bluetooth wireless stereo works fine . the only issue is u cant switch between calls and music.

open first the phone before playing the music...i read this somewhere with this issue.

I saw 1 post in China and there put the SRS application to the rom and manage tweak the sound larger.

I used the SRS now, it can improve the sound of Phophet.
I can give it to you, but it's a Chinese Version. Check box is use it or not.
first chose please use "Headphones"
After you installed, you can find it in setup-system.
Four items are 3D effec, middle sound, centralize level and clearly level.
you can adjust them depend on your ring.

But when i start the setting it shows an error med=ssage and say that there is no SRS device and closes the window.

Than everything works fine.

Thanks friend, I forgot to remind that should reboot after installation.
tried it and am positively surprised! I think it indeed increases the sound quality of my (admittedly quite ****ty) earphones.

I've found only the chinese one in this thread :-(
there are two different file on the link that keinenplandavon shared. i rebuilt cab file with english wowhd_arm_panel file. you could download full english wow hd program.

Does it work? I installed and restarted and tried to setup with my BTJabra 620 headset. This headset works very good with music, but when I tried with SRS WOW, the enable check box gets unchecked whenever you try to changed something to the gliders. All the gilders are set to 0% and the Truebass can't be changed.
I hope I am doing something wrong, but I wanted to try the app.

Guys, the software only works with a wired headset. A BT headset is not recognized as a headset and the software doesn't work.
I am having problems with my Nike handset in that after turning it on, i can make calls and the device has full sound. However once i disconnect the device completely shuts of all the audio on the device. I cannot make calls or play any audio track, until i restart the device.
Any tips on what i can do????
Seems like audio booster (Or SRS WOW HD) got some problems with handset detection. Try hard reset

Sorry to sound like a complete noob (though I am) bt is a hard reset turn off remove battery??? if so i have tried that. i also have the problem whether i use Tom Codon 2.1.3 ROM and HelloNasty Mary v6.
Check your radio rom.

it works as a charm with the 2way utility
only that if u are having audio problems (high gain but quiet) like some of us , the same effect shall remain in the recording , also i suggest recording at the volume level one below max in ur in-call volume bar so the 2 sides are pretty even ... get Vito audionotes > autorecord/to: storagecard/wav high quality , and on u go !!!

HD2 - NOT WORKS! Only 1-way+mic echo.
Do you test it on TG01? It works???
If works, this is a good news! That is NOT because of Snapdragon processor. But we steel need solution for HD2 and that is why I posted this thread.

i posted that it works on tg01 becuz it works on tg01... pretty simple if u ask me
I only wish to understand ability of 2-way recording via another device with Snapdragon processor.

i have the 2 way recording cab on
and i have vito audionotes on , installed in that order , ull see my recommended settings in my prev post , ROM i dont remember but ive used 4-5 roms this far and it worked on all
tried it in stock and 5005.1600.05 radio ver
its best to adjust the incall volume to one under the max cuz it will be disorted and also move the mic a bit away cuz it will be too loud compared to the other side , also i turn mic gain off in vito

You can also try Resco Audio Recorder instead of Vito. Both tested and working,

I tried to do as you wrote, but I still have a little problem. My voice is clean and clear but the caller voice is distorted. I tried to change the volume level of the system but it does not help. Is it possible to set the recording level? Or maybe there is some other simple way to solve this problem.

I use Vito Audio Notes 1.38 (NOT the touch version wich is buggy) and I record 2-way with good quality using default settings. I can also record on demand.
