I upgraded to 2.06 rom and now the today screen does not refresh. I have to soft reset to get the today screen. Any solutions?

PROBLEM SOLVED!! - it ended up being touch incall screen tweak
Ok this is a weird problem. It started ever since i installed s2u2 1.52. At first everything was working fine until the next day when the screen would shut off, flash on for a second then shut off again, and then turn back on and then would be locked with s2u2. So I turned off s2u2 and the problem still persisted. So I uninstalled s2u2 completely and soft resetted. Problem still persists. Even after a hard reset, I re-installed s2u2 just to check and lo and behold same problem.. Now I noticed that everytime the the signal bar changes status( i.e. evdo to 1x, or no signal at all) thats when the screen flashes. So s2u2 changes some registry setting or something that affects the scren when the signal icon changes.. Can anyone can think of anything? Ive left numerous post in the s2u2 post but i have recieved no answers..
do you have touch_incall_screen_tweak installed? if so, upgrade to the newest version to fix this issue

yah i forgot to post back.. but i figured that out earlier today..Thanks for the help anyway
hey wondering if anyone could advise me on a problem thats happened to my hd2. since this evening the screen has stopped working, when i press anything to unlock the phone the buttons light up but the screen does not, have attempted a hard reset and flashing another rom, but no joy, the screen remained blank through the whole process. Any ideas?

My I9100 screen started to play up a few weeks ago, at first it took a few attempts to swipe the lock screen to get to the home screen, then after some days I had to press hard at the top to get it to respond, and now I'm stuck on the lock screen and it won't work at all.
I've tried reloading the Neatrom Superlite ROM from CWM backup but it hasn't helped.
Any suggestions or pointers will be much appreciated.

Hi all,
I upgraded my i545 to Lollipop usint the Flashfire method as shown in these forums, but now my touch screen is acting up.
There are random touches all over the screen (I have turned on "show touches" in settings). Most frequently they are in the centre near the bottom.
I've tried a couple of screen calibration apps from the app store but they don't seem to help.
Is there some way to reset the touch screen? Or maybe reinstall the screen driver??

Hi i dont post very often but i am having a prob on my zultra c6833 lolipop whan i make or recieve a call my screen stays black and i cannot do anything at all i have had also to reset the phone using the reset red button in order to get my screen back are there any service settings on lollipop so that i can calibrate thanks for any help

I had the same $%^@! issue with my screen not turning on. This seems to be an issue with many using this phone.
I have had some degree of success using a free app that would allow the screen to come on via a swipe of the proximity sensor.
Have been on both stock and rooted have also reflashed the rom hard reset etc
I went from Stock 4.4.4 to 4.4.2, and I haven't had the black screen issue for nearly two weeks now.
