have a look in the blackstone service manual, there you should find the missing part and ordering numbers.

since the service manual contains the part number and exact name of the part, you should google it and maybe you'll come along a domestic electronics shop, that will ship them to you, or find, that maybe even htc sells them...

I still have an adapter to convert the Mini-USB to a Mini-Jack adapter for the HTC Touch Pro 2 (Rhodium).
