I know theres a few updates about but is it worth upgrading the t mob rom to one of the others?
I cant really see any benefit from the posts.
Any help you guys?
p.s I am usually the first to upgrade the roms on my old devices.
rom =1.21.110.3
radio 1.05.05.00
I make with my German Vario II an ROM Upgrade to the newest HTC SA ROM!
and now...I have "NO" Problems
Is this better then the S.A rom?
New T-Mobile Hungary ROM version 1.21.116.4 (WWE)
I would not advise upgrading the ROM just yet, I would wait until the end of January to see if the widely rumored ROM from HTC materializes. But if you do not mind installing all your software again and configuring your phone again in a few weeks then give 1.35 ROM a try as it fixed a few problems I was having.

Hello,
Sorry this is my first post...
I am with t-mobile... If i was to upgrade to the SA rom, would this effect my 3g settings as I use my phone as a modem for my laptop...
Hey, I'm in exactly the same position. This is my third HTC device and with my past magician and wizard I would be on a new ROM every couple of weeks but I just have not bothered with the hermes yet, I guess I'm still holding my breath for an official tmobile uk on as I've alwas found them to be the most stable.
i have been searching everywhere and i can not find an updated rom. i just got my TP yesterday with rom version 1.03 dated 11-11-08. the htc site says my serial number is invalid.
i did find this rom:
RUU_Raphael_HTC_WWE_5.05.405.1_R_Radio_Signed_Raphael_52.58.25.30_1.11.25.01_Ship.exe
is this the newest for cdma or does it matter?
there is no new update for the sprint version. the one on the site is the gsm version. there are plenty of cooked roms though, im using the juggalo rom and i have improved performance all around.
i was trying to avoid the custom roms for now, as i don't even have a copy of the current stock rom and i don't know how to get it back to oem configuration.
has anyone heard of an upcoming rom update?

I'm assuming 4.5.91 is the newest Official version of GB that's available (for AT&T). The Cherry Pie ROM (and from my understanding any AT&T specific ROM) can be used on International builds as long as you use your tegra specific kernel for it (for example i'm on faux123's v1.2 d00 kernel).
I'm on Bell and successfully installed Cherry Pie yesterday with no issues. Just be sure to install your specific kernel AFTER the ROM install and you should be good to go.
