resolved problems when flashing with SD card - MDA, XDA, 1010 General

D'OH! I tried putting the SD card into a USB sd card reader which resulted in the error instead of putting the sd card into the XDA itself and putting in the XDA itself and using activesync!

SD Card Issue after ICS Update

After doing the official ICS update, my Note will not recognize my sd card. When I go into settings --->storage under the SD card section under Mount SD card it says "Insert SD card" and this is all greyed out, even though my sd card is inserted. I had no problems with the sd card when using GB. Does anyone know how I can correct this?
Best thing to do is format the card but copy all your stuff to your computer then place them back on your card...yea I know it take alot of time doing but it will fix your problem.

microSD CARD partitioning causes problems?!!

I have used partitions on my old rooted phone where I thought the sd card had crashed because of partitioning it. Now I have removed the partition and I am still getting problems. Then I formatted my whole micro sd card using windows. Whenever I insert my sd card into windows via my phone, it asks me to format it.
Why has micro sd partitioning wrecked my sd card???!!

I am also getting the bad zip file error on android! I am beginning to believe that partitioning has destroyed my sd card permanently!

SD Card help?

So I reformatted my SD card to ext so I could root (or whatever one is needed to root). But I seems to always have a Damaged SD Card error up top. What do I do to fix this issue. Running a stock Rom on VZW....What should my card be formatted as. Its a ScanDisk Ultra 32GB card....
Try formatting it on a pc and/or your phone. If that doesn't work, you might have a dead card.

SD Card Unexpectedly Unmounted

I'm having an issue with a brand new sd card not mounting to the phone. It was working before, but I went to connect the phone to a computer so I could move files over to the sd card in the phone. When I disconnected the phone from the computer, I got a pop up on the phone saying the sd card was unmounted. The card mounts to other phones but will not mount on the LG V10. Anybody have issues with the sd card unmounting and if not, what should I do? I've tried reformatting the sd card and still doesn't mount. I'm out of ideas.
