Hi this my first post i followed the guide on http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=IIWPO and managed to complete each step when i test the feature a txt msg send but no msg on on the number i have set it to send to and also charges me international txt charge instead of local i did the steps on an XDA2 (O2) could anyone plse help me or guide me on how i can solve this problem Thanks.

Okay, i installed mightyrom and it wont let me dial any numbers and *228 is failing on me
I had the same issue when I first got the phone, a tech at verizon put me through manual activation steps which got it working, I remember the steps but not the configuration to dial to edit the information, anybody wanna give me a hand?

I am unfamiliar with device recovery, but i think you should do what the display tells you to; contact Virgin and tell them your phone displays such and such message because you were "trying" a software (tell a white lie). Nothing to lose to call them and see what they could do

I am unable to send sms...
Everything is working fine, only sms not working.
I can receive messages, but cannot send.
I get the error "Your text message cannot be sent."
Service center is correct
I hard resetted the phone, installed new radio, new rom, still not working.
it was working fine, i went on vacation to Turkey, came back, now not working.
Any help would be appreciated, I cant sms with my girl ='(

get the service message centre and update the phone
If your UK based and the cente number still wont work (replace it regardless of it being correct or not) then redo with 0044 not +44

Best advice without any information to go on, is factory reset and flash the 4.1.2 stock rom for your country.

Did you flash the right rom for your device?If so did you made a clean install?If not clean install is necessery.
