Will sandisks 256MB/ Wi-fi work on wm2005 himalaya - MDA II, XDA II, 2060 ROM Development

Will the 256MB and wi-fi sd card from sandisk now work on a himalaya if it's got wm2005 on?
(I'm never sure where to post things - I've put it here because it's a wm2005 thing)

Sandisk SD Card with WM 2nd edition

Hi all,
After i upgraded to wm2nd 2.02 from this forum, my t-m mda2 started not to recognize my sandisk 512mb sd card. Anyone experienced this problem? The sd-card works with my card reader but the device does not recognize it.
Thanks indeed
Is there any way to format my sd-card?

Qtek 2020 + ROM WM2003SE and SDIO cards

Hello!
I have upgraded to version 2.06WWE my Qtek (WM2003SE), and together with other cabs I have found the SD1 Driver: http://forum.xda-developers.com/download.php?id=2921
The question is: does this work with combo cards (WiFi + Memory) as the Sandisk SDIO Card? cause some time ago I have red that Qtek 2020 didn't work with combo cards... and now with the new driver?
Thank you

MDA 1 Problems with MemoQ 4 GB SD Card

The device recognises, in principle, the card (also its size) and can access some files; however, many files are just being displayed, but cannot be opened. It is totally random which files can be accessed; usually, the first files I copied on the SD card can be read by the MDA 1. The SD card is all right (checked on the PC), reformatting it with FAT 16/32 didnt help either.
I currently have Windows PPC 2003 (T-Mobile/DE, 4.00.33). Might a ROM upgrade possibly fix the issue? If so, which one would you recommend me?
Thanks a lot
Michael
im a total noob but im not sure that wallaby can work with 4gb card, I have 1 gb and it work fine

Imate Pocketpc-how to use SDHC 8GB card

i want to use 8Gb flashmemory card in my imate pocketpc phone. can anybody give me software for this as acab file.

is prophet wm5 or 6.1 compatible with SDHC and 8 gb to 32 gb cards anyone?

is prophet 6.1 compatible with SDHC and 8 gb to 32 gb cards anyone?
if someone has achieved anything with sdhc and 8gb to 32 gb detection please confirm it in this thread
is there some specific dll or drivers which took it to be achieved please share.
sandisk http://www.engadget.com/2007/01/04/sandisk-announces-32gb-ssd-prices-begin-to-fall/
and panasonic http://www.dpreview.com/news/0801/08010806panasonic32gbsdhc.asp
both confirm 32gb cards ,
one important thing i would like to add is windows xp supports formatting in FAT32 only till 32gb beyond that we need partition magic 8 to format cards in FAT upto 80 GB as tested by me (80GB hard drive here)
getting detected is one issue ,formatting is another , and running without errors is third most important issue.
i also saw my prophet incompatible with sandisk 2gb sdhc but it is running 4GB NCP non-sdhc card from last 1 year without any troubles.
there could also be some ways to attatch these 8gb sdhc micro sd (with clips provided)cards to prophet too. i mean one can use sd slot with mini sd and microsd also assumably with clips .
this is important if one plays S2P player like i*p*H*O*N*E or storing tomeraider wiki pedia which already is 3gb plus.
Personnaly I've tested my 4GB Micro-SDHC (with adaptator) from my Artemis to my Prophet with differents drivers found in "developement and hacking" section but never work, not detected.
It seem that the Prophet's card controller is too old and that not a driver issue.
But yes, if people can say their Xperience with that...
I think the hardware will not support it... SDHC hardware uses longer address bits, but 4GB cards can use the normal (no HC) address bits.
Unless you're good with soldering and can get the ICs required, you won't be able to get a Prophet to run a large memory card...
