2. I am new in this, and I have no idea how to install them???

1st you must find English ROM for Qtek2020 on buzzdev.net or in this forum.
2nd upgrade your device.

AFAIK.
untill now, only you & freddyzaz are talking about 9090 rom, i think, he has english 9090 rom, but he cannot upload whole 9090 rom.

According to ur PMs,u have a CHT ROM version and u wanted to have a WWE one....This is what I would call replacing the ROM... :wink:
