I've just got a T-Mobile but it's in German. Is it possible to change it to english??? Do I need to install the Windows PC Mobile 2005 for this, or this has nothing to do with it?

the english sites for tmobile, o2, qtek ..........
Of course you can change your language. Look for the Philipinian version of WM2003SE. It's one of the best. Windows is in English. Hope this will help! :?

I'm not sure if there's a way of changing the language only as it embedded on ROMs....An alternative way is to upgrade your phone to WM6.5 ROMs, most of them are in english.

I got an old PDA running on Windows Mobile 5 English. It's a Qtek 9100 (HTC) with QWERTY keyboard.
I would like to change the OS to the Dutch Language. Can someone tell me how to do this? Where can i download the OS?
